A good place to rent, I recommend it

It was a great stay in a quiet neighborhood!!!! Just what we needed for our soccer weekend!

We had a great stay. The location was excellent for exploring the area and going to downtown KC. Any issues we had were dealt with quickly by the owners.

Our family of four adults and three young grandchildren enjoyed our four-day vacation. The home was well equipped for children activities with both indoor and outdoor equipment. We contacted the host in advance asking about a Pack & Play for our youngest grandchild; the host ordered and delivered it upon our arrival - much appreciated! Our family loved the large screen TV and the outdoor hot tub, especially on a rainy day. The home was clean and in a convenient location to travel to parks, museums and restaurants in the Kansas City metro area. Highly endorsed by us!

This house was perfect for our family’s stay in Kansas City. They had every amenity we could think of to make our visit comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable. We were traveling with 3 small children, so having infant equipment, games/activities, and treats for the kids was such an incredible bonus for both little ones and parents! The house was nicely renovated, beautifully decorated, and spotless upon our arrival, and the host was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We would absolutely recommend this location, especially to families with kiddos!

Jeffrey's home is just as described, very spacious! Plenty of room for the 8 of us. It had everything we needed. Beautiful neighborhood. We'll be hoping to stay here again next year! Highly recommend Jeffrey's home to any big groups, you won't be disappointed!

This place was great. Very nicely decorated and clean. Beds and couches were comfy. It is walking distance to lots of great shops and restaurants.

My family and I stayed at Alice’s for a soccer tournament weekend. It was centrally located between two playing fields (Garmin & Compass Minerals Sporting Fields). It’s also very close to Ikea & a favorite restaurant, El Pulgarcito. We had a great stay at Alice’s. Our 9 year old absolutely loved the raising TV & springy cots. It is an open basement layout, but this worked fine for our small family. We were very comfortable there. And Alice’s was super response. Definitely recommend.

This place was exactly as described and a great stay for me. There is a coffee shop just a short walk away and it's in a very nice neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

Great little place, we were able to park are car in a parking garage down town and didn’t use it once. 10 min walk to T-Mobile center and with 15-20 mins of anything you’d want to do or eat at. If I ever have the opportunity to go to an event down there again will book again.

This property worked very well for our family. We had 11 people stay here and we had plenty of room. We had a great time with the fire pit and the kids really enjoyed the yard games. We were able to use Marietta’s grill to have a nice cook out. We really enjoyed watching the Olympics together as a family in living room TV area. We really appreciated the breakfast foods provided for us which included bagels, English muffins, cinnamon bread and all kinds of fruit. Very nice! Great family experience and memories!

Melanie is a great host. Easy to communicate and always ready to help. She is awesome! The place is great for short and long term stays. It comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is good, easy access to main roads. Stores, markets and restaurants are near by. Neighborhood is safe, no concerns or issues. Assigned parking spot, washer/dryer, 2 floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a patio to chill makes this place great. I enjoyed staying here and recommend to anyone looking for a place in KC.

Ashley was a great host—very responsive with clear instructions for check-in and parking. The place was clean, quiet, and stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. Great location, close to restaurants, bars, music venues, and coffee shops. The building felt safe and the neighbors were friendly. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Lawrence, KS!

Jake’s place is an absolute gem- we fell in love with the exposed brick, plants, and in-floor lighting. The shower was AMAZING- huge, hot, deluge of water and steam. The kitchen was well-appointed with all the essentials, plus some Michelob Lights. We were impressed with the architecture of the historic building, and Jake said he had restored the interior himself- pulling horse-hair plaster off the walls! Also notable- I guess this is KC hospitality at its finest- Jake told us to leave the dishes, linens, etc, as they were- that he would take care of all of it. It was really nice to receive that level of service, which is unusual for my Airbnb experiences.

This is great place to stay for KU parents!! Campus is super close and everything is within a 5 minute drive or a short walk. Would definitely stay again!

The place was very close to KU, right off Bob Billings. The place couldn’t have been cuter. Victoria paid attention to the small details, from the candy scattered around, to the cute sticker collection, to the pristine bathroom, and the full length mirror in the bedroom. The decor was very thoughtful and cozy. Victoria was even kind enough to check in daily to see how the stay was going and made sure to tell me to have a beautiful day!

The place was clean and comfortable. It made our stay easy and worry-free. I appreciated our hosts' thoughtful welcome and great communication. I definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was as expected and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Safe, easy walk to Westport restaurants & shops. The sculpture park was a nice treat! Stephanie was proactive with communication and the condo was clean & cozy.
