Dieses Haus ist fast wie aus einem Film, der Architekt hat es so gebaut, dass man einen tollen Blick in alle Richtungen hat, immer auf einer der Terrassen Schatten ist und immer eine frische Meerbriese durchs Haus weht. Es ist nur ein paar Schritte vorbei an Tavernen vom Strand entfernt, ruhig gelgen, und die Minimercados sind auch nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Man ist für sich und doch mitten drin. Tonia ist ein Schatz und super zu erreichen, das ist ein Ort wo Erinnerungen geschaffen werden können. Absolut zu empfehlen, fast unwirklich schön. Und man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Alles was man braucht ist vor Ort und das Haus strahlt einen kolonialen Charme aus, besonders wenn man Abends auf einer der Terrassen sitzt und die Sterne zählt. Es ist Platz für Mann, Maus und Auto... für Kinder ein Paradis und für Eltern ein Gelegeheit mit Familie zu entspannen. Wir sind das zweite mal in dem Haus gewesen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Very nice cozy apartment style home. Amazing view of the water and the neighbouring Greek islands. They were very friendly and had an amazing local bakery near by with some delicious Greek treats. I definitely would come back!

It’s a perfect spot for families With small Kids, safe and quiet- Diana is a great host, very generous and very responsive. Loved the location- in the Middle of an Old olive grove with a small pool and showers- perfect for a hot Weather! Would highly recommend this place!

We had a fantastic week at Sakis’ villa. The villa was cleaned daily, and the pool was always maintained as well. The sea, with a small, lovely beach, is just around the corner. However, we still recommend renting a car to explore the rest of the island. Sakis was always available with valuable tips, and we enjoyed the service at his restaurant next door, which had great coffee and delicious food. Sakis also rented a boat for us directly, and everything worked out perfectly. We are very grateful for the wonderful week and will definitely recommend the villa.

Nikki was an excellent host! She was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had while we were there and made sure we had a comfortable stay! The outside area was excellent and very spacious with our favourite feature being the outdoor shower! The inside was great for sleeping, was well air-conditioned which was a must on the hot days and was very clean! Overall, my group really enjoyed our stay 😊

The location of the apartment is perfect. Great views on the ocean and a big garden. Dionysia is a very nice and helpful host. We stayed here before the start of the season. She helped us to get to the restaurants that were already open. Especially with warm weather, this place is fantastic!

Wir Waren das erstemal in diesem Traum - Haus in Zakynthos . Die Bilder auf Airbnb haben uns schon sehr beeindruckt , aber das was uns in der Realität erwartet hat , noch schöner .. ein absoluter Traum ! Und dies ist noch zu wenig um in Worte zu beschreiben wie es wirklich ist … Vaso hat uns so freundlich in empfang genommen , und immer mal wider nachgefragt ob wir etwas brauchen und ob alles passt . Vaso ist der absolute Hammer , zu jeder Zeit sofort erreichbar , wenn wir Tipps brauchten ist sie sofort hielfsbereit auf uns eingegangen , ein warer Engel . Als wir Abend s um 20.00 Uhr ankamen war de Kühlschrank bestückt mit Kleinigkeiten damit wir unsere Ferien ohne Hunger und Durst sofort starten konnten . Morgends stand ich jeden Morgen früh auf um den Traumhaften Sonnenaufgang zu bestaunen . Ich könnte noch viel mehr schreiben , aber es würde zu keinem Ende führen … wir sind Alle traurig das die Woche zu schnell zu Ende ging . Wir werden aufjedenfall wider kommen ..

Had an amazing week here, beautiful villa and pool, we enjoyed the pool table and ping-pong table too, despite not playing for many years!. Waking up in the morning, to see the sun rise and just hear 'nature' was truly special, the views from the balconies is amazing, would thoroughly recommend and thank Stathis for all his amazing help. If you want a chilled and relaxing holiday with lovely food highly recommended.

Lovely villa. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings but only a 10 minute drive (€10 taxi) from Zakynthos town. It’s tricky to find but Aliki who lives next door and I guess manages the property was very helpful and spoke to our taxi driver to give directions. Aliki is lovely and nothing is too much trouble.

George did a great job with the communication. He responded very fast and helped out and went the extra mile. We really appreciate that! The place is a great spot to chill and relax with the pool and the Hot Tub. The Garden is huge, that was amazing for the dog and our son. The Place looks like at the pictures. We will come again.

Highly recommend this place, it is exactly like the photos, very stylish and comfortable. A nice walk to the old town with loads of amazing recommendations from the hosts - everywhere we went was incredible. The hosts were incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any queries. We will definitely be back ☺️

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Olga ist eine absolut tolle Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft war super ! Es war groß und in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Und vorallem die Gastfreundschaft war wirklich sehr toll und uns wurden alle Anliegen und Wünsche erfüllt. Olga und ihre Familie sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen! Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft besuchen!!!

Bij aankomst werden we meteen enthousiast en vriendelijk welkom geheten. Hoe de woning staat omschreven in de advertentie, zo zag het er in het echt ook uit! Schoon, ruimtelijk en voldeed aan alle wensen! Top service! De host is vriendelijk en was goed te bereiken voor vragen, activiteiten en tips! Met 11 vrienden hebben we een leuke vakantie gehad!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay, highly recommend and would definitely stay again. good space to relax inside and pool side. great kitchen with all amenities. all rooms have ensuite. beds are very comfortable, with air conditioning in all rooms. exceptionally clean and homely feel. nice and quiet area with privacy. great poolside view of the sunset and sunrise. Stratos (host) was very quick to respond and to help with anything we needed. Thank you. We spent a number of evenings just relaxing by the pool and enjoying the BBQ. Shops, restaurants and bars are a short taxi or drive away. Would advice hiring a car as public transport doesn't really exist on the island. The local beach is beautiful with lots of bars, restaurants, shops and places to book day trips. 100% recommend!!

I stayed here at Leeda's Classic Cottage for 5 days as a group of 8. We absolutely loved the house, even squeezing 8 of us in it! It was beautiful and exactly as shown in pictures. We had originally thought it was walkable to the Laganas strip, but it wasn't. However, Leeda's team constantly communicated with us, helping us get and book taxis whenever, and they were overall incredible. Thank you!

Wir waren zu Viert für 10 Tage im Oktober dort. Es war einfach toll, die ruhige Lage, 150 m bis zum Meer, 2 tolle Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar (Porta del Mar und Kipos Restaurant), wer Ruhe liebt wird sich hier wirklich wohlfühlen. Das komfortable Haus ist mit wirklich Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und der Kontakt zu Loukia war problemlos und sie hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und auch den Kontakt zu einem Bootguide hergestellt, der mit uns eine private Bootstour unternommen hat. Zudem wurde noch alle 3/4 Tage das Haus geputzt, Loukia hat einen Abend sogar für uns gekocht und bei Anreise erwartete uns Obst, Brot, Butter, Honig, Kaffee, Tee und eine Flasche Wein, so dass der erste Hunger gestillt werden konnte. Wir können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen.

The village of Λεβεντοχώρι is absolutely charming and beautiful, and the people who live there are welcoming and hospitable. Antreas and his wife treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They guided us to their home from the local taverna, they provided breakfast every day, had plenty of supplies in the kitchen, and their home was very comfortable. With ocean views, beautiful olive trees, and plenty of animals roaming the property, it felt like a truly immersive village experience. I have family in the village, and when I told Antreas that we were in town to visit them, he was overjoyed! He knew them of course, and it felt like this connection made our stay there even more special. I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful place to stay, and I will surely come back one day with my family. The sun, the ocean, the fresh delicious food, and most importantly - the people of the village made this trip something special for all of us.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Vom Haus kann man direkt zum Strand hinunter. Arkoudi ist schön zum Entspannen (nur Schwimmen, essen und Nichtstun und kleine Ausflüge, z.B. zum Castle of Chlemoutsi). Das Meer dort ist sehr flach, aber bei den Bojen (Tiefe ca. 2,5 m) lässt es sich gut Schwimmen. Restaurants und ein kleiner Einkaufsladen sind direkt um die Ecke. Bei Problemen hat der Gastgeber direkt reagiert (wir hatten sonntags einen Stromausfall). Einziger Nachteil, der aber vorher bekannt war, ist die etwas abgelegene Lage (Erreichbarkeit über Landstraßen kostet etwas Zeit).

Ho appena trascorso due settimaneindimenticabile in questo splendido appartamento in Cefalonia e non posso che lasciare una recensione super positiva! La posizione è semplicemente perfetta a due passi dal mare. La casa è accogliente, pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. Ma la vera ciliegina sulla torta è stata l'ospitalità della Host. È stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, facendoci sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. Ha fornito ottimi consigli su ristoranti e luoghi da visitare, e si è assicurata che non ci mancasse mai nulla. Se state cercando un posto per rilassarvi e godervi la bellezza del mare greco, questo appartamento è la scelta perfetta! Lo raccomando senza alcuna esitazione e spero di poter tornare presto.

Tres bel environnement soigné avec ces 4 maisons individuelles. Le tout très bien entretenu. Espaces communs tres agreables tout en gardant son indépendance. Maisons au bord de la mer avec acces direct, et aménagement au bord de l eau. Notre maison était tres confortable, moderne et de bon goût. Espace extérieur privé. Tres belle vue depuis la chambre. Service de menage en milieu de semaine apprécié. Tout le personnel est au petit soin et tres attentif. Quant à Dimitra, notre hôte, elle a été notre guide tout le long du sejour avec beaucoup d attention et de bienveillance. Une tres jolie adresse. Nul doute que nous reviendrons !

Wie hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Der Garten mit dem privaten Zugang zum Meer war unschlagbar. Trotz der sehr nahen Lage an Clubs und Bars war es durch die Bäume auf dem Grundstück überraschend privat. Leider war die Küche nicht sehr sauber (zB Spinnweben, viele tote Insekten an den Wänden) und die Badamaturen (Toilettensitz, Wasserhahn) waren sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Kommunikation verlief super. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Our host Aggelika was great and super friendly. The place was 5min away from pedestrianised area with all the shops and restaurants. Perfect for 2 of us.

The house has a great location, located at the end of the beach. It is private with great sea views, we enjoyed it very much. Nice bar/restaurant in just a few minutes walk. House is super clean, fully equipped kitchen and easy to reach. Would stay again. Sophia (and John) responded quickly to questions, they are perfect hosts.
