Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Podróżowaliśmy z 3 dzieci, Aris zapewnił koszykówkę co było super! Byliśmy koniec kwietnia kiedy plaże i okolica były puste, to nam odpowiadało. Nawet ruch samochodowy nie istniał. W sezonie pewnie jest głośno. Dom miał wszystko co potrzeba, chociaż niektóre elementy mocno zużyte, ale potrafimy się przystosować. Spokój, odpoczynek wschody słońca, taras , ogród to jest najlepsze. Widzieliśmy pływające delfiny ok 7 nad ranem, chyba mieliśmy szczęście.

We spent our Easter holidays with our kids and extended family from Greece and Germany — and everyone absolutely loved it! The location is exceptional, close to Litochoro and Plaka, with stunning views of Mount Olympus and the sea. It’s the perfect place for a large group or big family. The kids had a great time playing in the garden, enjoying the small private playground, and exploring the natural surroundings. We made good use of the kitchen and the outdoor barbecue area to cook and enjoy meals together — everything we needed was right there. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We’re already planning to come back!

BEACH FRONT VILLA

George's place was great, we got greeted by his son Antonis who was really friendly, spoke perfect English and showed us around the house. The place looked exactly like the photos and it was right on the beach separated by a small quiet street. The host showed us all the amenities and we sat for a quick chat to get some information about the village and places we can visit. We had a great stay overall, and visited the local village Nea Kalikratea multiple times as well as Thessaloniki which is a vibrant city. There are really nice beaches nearby as well as small taverns which provide excellent choice of fresh fish and seafood. I would say this house is not to be missed, a hidden gem indeed!

Apartment Apollon - Beach Home - Christidis

Wir waren 10 Tage im Appartement Apollo und hatten eine traumhafte Zeit. Alex war zufällig vor Ort und hat uns persönlich begrüßt. Alex und Theo sind so nett und hilfsbereit - einfach tolle Gastgeber. Fragen werden sofort beantwortet. Theo ist vor Ort. Alles ist genauso wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Sogar noch schöner! Morgens auf dem Balkon frühstücken - abends auf dem Balkon den Tag ausklingen lassen. Küche hat alles was man braucht, auch um sich abends zu Hause etwas zu kochen. Der Strand ist direkt vor der Tür, mit mehreren Strandbars, aber auch mit öffentlichem Bereich. Sonnenschirme und andere Strandutensilien können bei Alex & Theo ausgeliehen werden. Ich empfehle trotzdem ein Auto zu mieten, um auch an andere Strände zu fahren und die Gegend zu erkunden. Der Supermarkt unten hat alles was man braucht und eine sehr leckere Bäckerei. Größere Supermärkte sind auch in der Nähe. Wir können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen, wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Vielen Dank für alles

Misafirperver bir çift sizi bekliyor , annenizin yanına gelmiş gibi hissedebilirsiniz. Sizi ikramlarla ve hoş sohbetle bekliyorlar. Mutfakta ihtiyacınız olan gereçler var ; eksik bişi olursa da desteğe hazırlar. Yürüme mesafesinde market seçeneği yok alışveriş yapıp gelmelisiniz . Sahile 10 dakika yürümek gerekiyor . Kafa dinlemek için güzel bir yer. Küçük çocuklar için bahçede oyuncaklar mevcut . Tekrar bu çiftin yanında konaklamak isterim. Herşey için tekrar teşekkürler 🥰

Out stay at Nikos' was an amazing experience! The apartment is clean and in excellent condition, with an amazing view and just minutes from the beach. An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

Wurden bei Ankunft sehr nett vom Schwiegervater auf Deutsch begrüßt. Dieser zeigte uns die Wohnung und war bei Fragen immer ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist schön und alles, was man brauchte, war vorhanden. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt.

O locatie foarte frumoasa, o gradina superba, bine intretinuta, plina de verdeata, curata, foarte bine pozitionata, la 3 minute pe jos de mare. Gazde foarte primitoare, amabila. De mentionat: In aceeasi curte stau si gazdele, plus mai este un apartament cu 3 dormitoare cu o curte mica in cadrul ( interiorul) aceleasi locatii. Multumim pentru tot!

Totul a fost superb, casa într-o zona liniștită, cu multa verdeață, priveliște atât către mare cât și către munte,gazda foarte primitoare, sociabilă, pentru noi avantajul maxim a fost că vorbește și română pe lângă engleza. Vom reveni cu siguranță. Ne-am simțit ca acasă. Mulțumim Olga, Dimitra și Iorgos!

We enjoyed our holidays on Simos place and hope that as soon as possible! October was good period to enjoy the sun, sea and also the beach which is on the Simos courtyard :). The view is magnificient!
