Efthimia's house

Efthimia's house is a traditional stone house situated in the old neighborhood of Kavousi village, between the two byzantine churches of Saint George and Twelve Apostles. The history of this house includes a true love story and marriage during the years of the 1 rst World War of my Great-granparents Efthimia and Michalis. About 100 years later my fother and i decided to restore and renovate this traditional house with much love and respect and to offer a real Cretan experience to our guests.

Embedded within the wild Cretan nature this timeless natural stone building provides an oasis of calmness, relaxation and fantastic moments. To "Tangerine House" είναι μια αυτόνομη κατοικία 90 τ.μ στο χωριό της Ζάκρου, μόλις 8χλμ από την Κάτω Ζάκρο και 9χλμ από τις εξωτικές παραλίες του Ξερόκαμπου. Το όνομα του είναι εμπνευσμένο από τις μανταρινιές που βρίσκονται στον μικρό του κήπο. Ένα οικογενειακό σπίτι που διατηρεί την ιστορία του διακοσμημένη στους τοίχους του, μαζί με όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Το aloe apartment βρίσκεται στο Ξερόκαμπο σε απόσταση 50m από την παραλία Μαζιδά Άμμος. Το διαμέρισμα έχει θέα στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος. Το διαμέρισμα περιλαμβάνει δύο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα μπάνιο με μπανιέρα, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ψυγείο και φούρνο και τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 50m από mini market και 500m από ταβέρνες. Οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να χαλαρώσουν στη μεγάλη αυλή και να απολαύσουν τη θέα. Ευρύχωρη μονοκατοικία με μεγάλη βεράντα και απρόσκοπτη θέα στη θάλασσα. Φιλοξενεί έως 4 επισκέπτες στα δύο υπνοδωμάτια (1 διπλό κρεβάτι και δύο μονά). Στους εσωτερικούς χώρους υπάρχουν κλιματιστικά, στο σαλόνι και στα δύο υπνοδωμάτια. Ολα τα παράθυρα και οι μπαλκονόπορτες διαθέτουν σίτες. Η κουζίνα είναι εξοπλισμένη με πλυντήριο πιάτων, καφετιέρα espresso, καφετιέρα φίλτου, τοστιέρα, βραστήρα, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, ψυγείο και με όλα τα σκεύη μαγειρικής.

Mandarini House is located at Choclakies,a small village 10 km (8min drive) from Palekastro on the way to Zakros.It was built in 1935 and fully restored in 2019.In this small village live 12 people and its at the heart of Sitia ‘s UNESCO Global Geopark.The starting point to pass through the gorge and get at the Karoumes beach is here. A complete apartment in the charm and calm of one of the oldest villages of Crete welcomes you with simplicity and authenticity. A bottle of fresh water, fruit for a fresh juice at breakfast, coffee and tea available. QS Bed made on arrival, towels and hairdryer and change of sheets beyond the week will allow you to "travel light". The owner also offers free laundry in the washing machine of the main house. The ground floor apartment is located just one km outside of the town Sitia by the sea, in a very quiet area with uninterrupted views over the bay. The apartment is spacious and modern with a fully fitted kitchen, dining area and living area with a comfy sofa and open fireplace. Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed and ample wardrobe space. The bathroom has a shower/wc.
