Being so centrally located, it provides easy access to the many Tourist Sites and Bushwalks, plus The Carrington Hotel and many cafes, restaurants and shops, and live music venues. Wifi.

NB the tennis court is great for a fun game, but not professional standard, and the piano is very old and out of tune and not playable (other than for fun).

Bullaburra is a quiet mid Blue Mountains village, just 3 minutes from Wentworth Falls and 15 minutes from Katoomba. The name means "Blue Skies" so we benefit from the clear Blue Mountains air without quite so much fog. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms. Two have queen size beds, the third has a double bed and a single trundle. There is a real flame gas fire and air conditioning. The garden includes some veges and herbs that you can pick.
