House is a 110 sqm and surrounding with a land 7,000m2 olive tree farm and pine forest on the hill with an amazing view of the Aegean Sea. House is ideal for nature lovers where you can join the any time of the day. The big garden is suitable for relaxation, reading a book under the tree shadows, dinning,explore the nature around.

Aegean Studios are located in the beautiful village of Kefalos, at Kamari. They run by a local family. Each studio has three open plan levels with the kitchen and toilet/shower room at the bottom, sitting area at the middle and bedroom at the top level. A balcony with a big garden table and chairs. They are surrounded by vine trees, fruit trees and a vegetable garden. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and only 5 min walk from the sea, shops and restaurants.
