This was the first family getaway since having babies and the entire weekend was a blast. The private connection to the beach and kiddie pool had me sold. Mary’s place was clean and had everything we needed to make simple meals. We had a family matter come up and Mary was super quick to answer and accommodate. My husband is already talking about going back for a kids free weekend. Overall, kids or no kids, I’d highly recommend her condo.

Everything was perfect with the condo. Only disappointing part was Sunday right after check out we took the kids back to the beach and they told us the complimentary chairs and umbrella are no longer honored day of check out.

In the words of my daughter, BEST WEEKEND EVER! Excellent location, close to literally everywhere! The Condo has everything you could ask for and more. The beach is just across the street. And Sandra is just the nicest, most helpful person ever! Thank you!

Condo was very nice and cozy. Very nicely decorated. View from the balcony was beautiful. We would definitely stay again!

Front of the beach was awesome; (some construction was going on, so couldn’t keep balcony doors open) All necessary things were available in house (although could have kept few more towels) Sam was very responsive

A very last minute booking for my kids and I that worked out perfectly. This spot is a little away from the busier areas of Galveston and was perfect. There’s a cute coffee shop/bakery across the street and even a little convenience store that had everything we needed for our last minute stay.

Nana's getaway is a location that can't be beat because you're located on the other side of the street, all you can hear is the waves which was something my husband and I loved about the place. There were few set backs to be had here and it really was a home away from home, loved the place and the AC works fantastic!

Great location, beautiful view, very clean and comfortable. FINALLY a TV and Remote control you did not need a degree to figure out how to use. Thank you! Bring an extension cord. Sometimes the location of the outlets may not allow for chargers or laptop chargers to reach phones or laptops. The only suggestion is a coffee table. The only major issue that needs immediate attention for the entire complex, not just Julian's condo, is that signs MUST be placed on each balconly for NO SMOKING. This is my fourth stay within this complex and unfortunately, there's always that one guest that will smoke POT on the balcony where the gulf winds carry the stinch into other guest's condos. This is so inconsiderate. If other guests must smoke, they must do so in their vehicles; no exception. Otherwise, this condo was a steal for the rate advertised. I will be back. Insist those NON SMOKING signs be put up in each balcony.

Great spot for our girls weekend getaway! Right across the street from the beach, clean and very cute condo, pool and hot tub were great as well. Heads up that only one parking spot is included so if you have a second car, it’s $20/night for second parking pass that you have to get from the office. Other than that, all the details were provided for a smooth stay!

Fantastic space. Very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The location was perfectly placed in a walkable and accessible part of the island. Felt safe and very secure. Reasonably priced for the location and quality of the space.

Our stay at this beautiful property was quite enjoyable. The communication with the staff was excellent, and the property matched our expectations perfectly. We found several wonderful restaurants within a short 10-minute drive, including Nate’s West End and Watermans. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would rate it highly.

verry clean place and April was very responsive and supportive. the facility had the heated pool and the gym out of order but thankfully there was other pools and ended up exercising in the beach. i like the place and will definitely return if time permits. thanks April for everything.

This was a great condo! Amy was an amazing host and super responsive. The place was very well kept and extremely clean. The pools at the condo were also great. Also, within walking distance to multiple things which is a plus, would stay again!

Our timing was unfortunate following Hurricane Beryl, and FASA was still trying to accommodate the Nationals softball tournament. It seemed like the front of the complex was already undergoing updates and sustained further damage, but the unit was nice. Pools were unavailable for us, but the proximity to the beach with the large pools, if open, would be a great getaway for small families. Rene was very responsive throughout our stay and kept us up to date with notifications from the local area, but unfortunately, the power outage was not resolved. We'll have to try again another time!

The condo was homey and located on the bay side. We brought a golf cart so it was easy to travel to the beach club to eat and enjoy the pool. The beds were comfy and the towels were thick and absorbent. The home had many items that you don’t think of when packing, but end up needing (pens, scissors, spices, board games, aluminum foil, etc). Parking was easy and everyone had a great time.

Kimberly's beautifully appointed abode was the ideal setting for our family Labor Day weekend escape. Prosecco and snacks upon arrival were a delightful touch, and early noon check-in—well before the usual 4 p.m.—was a much appreciated gift. The pool was impeccably maintained, and kitchen was well-stocked with all of the essentials. The lovely dog amenity kit was a hit with our yellow lab, featuring treats, a bone, bowls, a small bed, blanket, a dog shampoo bar, and towel. While noise from the upstairs neighbors kept us up on the first night, and driving to the beach is recommended due to two busy roads without crosswalks, these minor points did little to detract from our overall experience. Kimberly’s prompt and friendly responses ensured that everything went smoothly. This property provided a wonderful stay with thoughtful touches and excellent amenities. Highly recommended for a most enjoyable experience!

What i liked most of my stayed was the balcony that you could see the beach and it has a beautiful pool. The easy access to check in and check out was the best. Rooms are a good size and it was really clean. The thermostat we could adjusted to our temperature as well. Had a good Weekend experience.

The place looks even better than the photos! Extremely serene and all details are meticulously planned for comfort. I did encounter an issue the first night, but a very polite and helpful concierge, Ben, came to the rescue the following morning and went above and beyond to accommodate and make sure we had the best stay possible. The property is simply breathtaking and so are the views! I received a call from Jason after my stay to ensure my stay was comfortable and above standard! Lots of activities for everyone to enjoy!

Anna's place was a great spot for us to unwind after a busy holiday season. The condo was extremely comfortable, ambience wise and furniture wise. We've stayed on the west end of Galveston many times and understand how isolated it is, which is what we love about it. Anna's balcony provides a view of the beach that you don't get from too many places on the island. To address a few things from other reviews. The elevator is spotty (was out for 1 day), but it worked the majority of the time we were there. The amenities such as the restaurant/gift shop are not open year round. These items don't detract from the property at all, but wanted to make those looking aware. We're looking forward to our next visit!

Mare Blu was the perfect condo for our couple retreat. This modern, gorgeous, loft-style unit is well decorated. The living room has extra windows on the side, which makes it look and feel more spacious, open and clean, comparing to the interior unit that we booked before. The stylish kitchen with modular open shelving is adorable and has everything that a guest could need. The bedroom feels very spacious, and we enjoyed the sunrise each morning. From the window, our serene view of the coves was a very peaceful moment accompanied by a cup of coffee. Having the extra space inside the garage was wonderful for a night of wine and good conversation. We absolutely loved and recommend Mare Blu. This is a keeper and our favorite spot to unwind when we visit Galveston. Planning on coming back already. Thank you, Marie, for your hospitality and for making our Thanksgiving stay a relaxed and memorable one.

Jessica’s place was exactly what I had hoped it would be plus more. The condo was clean and had plenty of towels. The in unit washer and dryer was a huge plus also. It was a little chilly during our stay but we did get to enjoy the pools one day we were there and my family had a great time floating around the lazy river! My kids enjoyed the game room and the kids jungle room. We were able to check out equipment for shuffle board, pool and ping pong from the concierge desk. Check in and check out was a breeze. The view of the bay from the condo made for some breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The location was perfect. We ate at The Spot for lunch one day then drove over to Magic Carpet for some putt putt. My son wanted sushi for his birthday so we also enjoyed some sushi nearby at Yamato. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks again!!

The condo was everything it said it was. It was very clean and very inviting. Felt like home. Had everything we needed as far as cooking and eating. The beds were comfortable and nicely decorated. Two decks were perfect for early morning coffee and visiting or a glass of wine in the evening while looking at the Gulf. While there we got to explore Galveston and its museums and historic downtown area with lots of good places to eat. A trip to the Space Center did not disappoint. Would go back again.

I would not hesitate to book this again if ever in the Galveston area. It was a fabulous room for the money. The space was huge and the view was great. We were placed in the signature suite which was newly renovated and exceptionally spacious and comfortable!

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo in the San Luis Resort. The home is lovely and clean, with all expected amenities. The management team was quick to respond when we had a minor issue. Will definitely stay here again!
