Our group of friends and family really enjoyed staying at this peaceful winter getaway house! We are already talking about coming back up in the summertime. The toys and games made my kids so happy and kept them well-entertained. Perfect amount of space for our big group! Lori was flexible and responsive, a wonderful host! Thank you again 🛷

We love this house! Beautiful spot nestled in in the cove of a private lake. We come back each year for a bowling tournament down the street. The massage chair is crazy good! Very responsive owner and they keep the place super clean. Can’t wait to come back!

Had a great stay right on the lake. The house is maintained and very clean. Thoughtful placement of hooks and linens. We had a great time sitting out on the covered area in back overlooking the water.

The house was beautiful, inside and out. It was clean. The kitchen was stock with all needed to cook a homemade meal. The bedrooms were perfect in size and very cozy. Plenty of places to sleep for a family of 7. The weather was beautiful so I sat out on the back deck for a little bit and the back yard despite it being spring and just the beginnings of being green, was beautiful and peaceful. The whole house was very peaceful and cozy. The owners responded real quick if I had any questions. Would highly recommended and would definitely stay here again if I visit Waterville/Oakland, Maine again.

I had an absolutely magical stay at Camp Moonbud. It was just me but I could have fit the family. For starters, it’s on a beautiful lake. The house is cozy and lovingly decorated, high-end linens, well stocked kitchen, and spotlessly clean. They didn’t miss a thing. I was the last visitor of the season and the chill was setting in, mist coming up off the lake in the mornings, and the most beautiful evening sunsets. I can imagine what a joy it must be to be here in the height of summer. The camp is located near to great hiking (I hiked), good food (I ate), and not far from Midcoast or Portland. The proprietors – Amy and Dana - are unmatched. They are responsive and warm and engaged Mainers; they picked up a grocery order for me because I was getting in late the first night, left treats for my morning breakfast, and even invited me to join their Sunday morning running gang! Huge bonus. Left Readfield with a couple of new friends! Highly recommend this gem.

Wonderful weekend stay w our adult children. Kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner. Views of the lake were stunning. We all enjoyed a swim and paddle in the kayaks.

This is an awesome house on East Pond. Dock, swimming platform, kayaks, paddle boat, fire pit. View of distant mountains from the dock. East Pond is clear and large. We saw several eagles. Osprey and loons are ever present. Mark was a great host with excellent communication. Arrival was quite flexible. Home is comfortable and well equipped.
