Pasiphae House was something out of a dream! It was beautifully designed in the traditional Crete Village homes style. The location is isolate in the mountains, but amongst a great community of people. We were greeted by Yianna and Koula that gave us the walk through of the house, and we're always in constant communication. Ioanna supplied us with a long list of things to do and try in the area which we took full advantage of. Overall it was a beautiful stay and would highly recommend.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Der große Garten und die tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht von Heraklion waren der Hammer. Das Haus selber war ein wenig kleiner als erwartet, besonders mit zwei fast erwachsenen Kindern. Die Oberflächen der Küche hätten sauberer sein können und die Spülmaschine war leider defekt. Das waren auch schon die einzigen Kritikpunkte. Jannis hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert und immer wieder Kontakt aufgenommen. Das Haus liegt traumhaft am Ende einer Sackgasse und Google kennt den Weg dorthin nicht, aber die Wegbeschreibung von Jannis und Evi ist perfekt. Ein kleiner Tipp: ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich! Alles in allem war es ein grossartiger Urlaub.

Ich hab es sehr genossen hier zu wohnen. Die Aussicht, die Ruhe und generell die Wohnung war ein Traum. Ich hab mich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt und wollte garnicht mehr weg. Immer wieder gerne. Kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens Empfehlen.

A toaster and microwave could be added to the kitchen, but tk he honest what made our stay was ‘ rocky’ We miss him We loved him and the host was so wonderful like ‘ Rocky’ Thank you for having us stay and highly recommended and appreciate all you did for us X X

We had a wonderful stay at this charming, quiet little apartment. The location was ideal—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sea whenever I wanted. The apartment was cozy, perfect for a peaceful getaway, and had everything I needed. Penelope was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. She offered fantastic local recommendations, from restaurants to hidden gems nearby, and were always responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. A sweet bonus was Sisi, the adorable resident cat! She made us feel even more at home with her cute personality. I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and experience Crete like a local. Would definitely return!"

Having stayed in the area before, a quiet location was the most important aspect for me along with easy access to the beaches and a short walk into Hersonnisos. I couldn't have wished for a better location. The apartment was quiet with little traffic noise, compact and clean. The nearest beach was just a few minutes walk away with cafes and restaurants next to the beach. Hersonnisos itself was about 15 mins easy walk. The garden was a perfect spot for some sunbathing on those lazy days when you didn't want to leave comforts of home. It was an ideal suntrap. I didn't need anything from George on my 10 days, staying at Blue Coast Gardens -Juniper. but he was within easy reach with a whole host of helpful numbers and contacts made available, should have needed to contact him. It was great having a large comfortable double bed with good quality bedding and Aircon if it got too hot at night. All the equipment provided was in great working order, the apartment spotlessly clean. Loved it!!

Nikoleta is an incredibly kind person & a great communicator. The space, a short walk from Knossos Palace, is magical, comfortable and full of art. With the best stocked kitchen I have encountered in an Airbnb. Book it, you will be so pleased you did.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Manoli’s! The house was stunning, nestled in a beautiful village that made our two-night stay even more special. The property was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The host was excellent, maintaining great communication. We also loved the nearby restaurant, which was superb and added to the overall experience. We truly had a great time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The pictures don’t do this view justice. It’s breathtaking! The home is gorgeous and the outdoor space is wonderful. It was too cold for us to swim but we still enjoyed time at the beach. Most of the immediate area was already shut down for the season during our stay but there is a lovely area about a mile walk away. We spent a lot of time there enjoying the coffee shops and restaurants. The house and rooms were fantastic and there was more than enough space for everyone to relax. The host was amazing and went above and beyond to help us when we left some glasses at a restaurant. Thank you so much for a great stay!!

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Urlaub abseits des Tourismus in den kretischen Bergen. Wir haben vor allem die Outdoor-Küche und den Pool sehr genossen. Im September ist es allerdings auf dem Berg schon deutlich kühler als an der Küste. Da ein Auto aber ohnehin unbedingt notwendig ist, konnten wir an windigen oder bewölkten Tagen prima an die Strände ausweichen. Konstantinos hat uns auf Nachfrage tolle Tipps gegeben und wir haben 2x eine kostenlose Reinigung angeboten bekommen. Klare Empfehlung!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Martin war perfekt. Das Apartment ist großzügig, sehr gepflegt und man hat vom Balkon aus einen fantastischen Meerblick. Die Anlage liegt sehr ruhig der Garten drumherum, sehr schön bepflanzt. Rosie, die Ansprechpartnerin kümmert sich rührend um alles und gibt gute Tipps. Wir haben drei wunderschöne Tage Terrasse, Pool und Meer genossen und die wunderschöne Gegend erkundet. Vielen Dank für alles, wir werden gerne wiederkommen. Kirsten und Heinrich

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. If you aren’t sure if you should stay here or not, I promise you will love the place. It’s beautiful and the host was there to help me and answer questions. He even came to meet me when I got lost so I could follow him to the house! The inside of the house is absolutely gorgeous. The host left us inside enough food, snacks, and beverages to last a week, which was such a pleasant surprise. I recommend renting a car as access to the city is not within walking distance but even in the neighborhood there are two small restaurants and a little convenience store practically right outside the gates of the house. Heraklion is fun and Crete is a beautiful place to rent a car and visit sites. Even balos beach is doable in one day from there if you plan ahead. Then there are other beaches much closer and easier like Voulisma to the east. Or you can take a beautiful drive through the mountains and eat a great with w a view. Much to do! House is perfect!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Haus hatte alles was man gebraucht hat. Giorgos hat immer schnell geantwortet. Der Besitzer hat jeden Tag den Pool sauber gemacht.Der Pool hätte meiner Meinung nach etwas wärmer sein können, aber war auch in Ordnung. Man braucht allerdings ein Auto. Sonst wirklich alles super !!! Kann ich nur empfehlen

Place looked exactly like the photos. Loved having an additional half bath room, on top of the full bathrooms in the bedrooms. The hosts were responsive to questions and assisted with providing additional bedding upon request in a quick timely manner. Very modern amenities with automatic blinds, stove tops, fridge, and smart Air conditioning system (which worked great). The kitchen in both the house and outside were well equipped with lots of utensils and cooking ware. The outside grill was perfect for when we made sausages and chicken, and we had plenty of tools for bbqing or cleaning the grill. The location is surrounded by many markets, shops, and bars. Loved the pool and hot tub. Just wish the hot tub could get a little hotter. Hottest temperature could get the tub to luke warm temperature. Our small group would definitely stay again.

Wir haben mit 5 Erwachsenen phantastische erholsame 2 Wochen in Alexandros Villa verbracht. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich für einen komfortablen Urlaub wünscht. Wir haben uns von Beginn an wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herausragende Lage der Villa. Der Blick gerade vom oberen Balkon auf die Berge ist atemberaubend. Mit einer Sitzmöglichkeit würde der Balkon noch einladender sein, um den einen oder anderen Sonnenuntergang genießen zu können. Alexandros ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Er hat uns persönlich vom Flughafen abgeholt, half uns beim Transport der Gepäckstücke und begleitete uns zur Villa. Er gab uns wertvolle Tips zum Erkunden der Insel und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Das gab uns ein gutes Gefühl. Wir Können die Villa von Alexandros uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Eine Perle und ein schöner Rückzugsort im Süden von Kreta. Die Villa verfügt über alles was das Herz begehrt, ein wunderschöne Aussicht, Pool und eine moderne Küche, die jedes Herz eines Hobby Kochs höher schlagen lässt. Das morgen und abendliche Bad im Pool mit der Aussicht werde ich vermissen. Da es fast keine Lichtverschmutzung hat, sieht man ein Sternenschauspiel und die Milchstrasse von blossem Auge. Einsame Strände sind mit dem Auto innert 30 Minuten sehr gut erreichen, somit ist ein Auto sehr empfehlenswert. Muss kein SUV sein. Sam ist jederzeit erreichbar und kommuniziert sehr schnell. Desweiteren steht er oder Lefteris mit Tips und Ratschlägen jederzeit zur Seite. Sam und Anel sind mehr als Super-Hosts und ich kann ihr Villa zu 200% empfehlen.

The is a family house, simple, pleasent and authentic. The natural surroundings are amazing. The silence is incredible. Meni and Andreas, the owners, are very nice people and we felt the love they invested in every detail. Thanks 🙏

Der Name Golden View entspricht genau dem was man bekommt. Die Aussicht ist phänomenal. Besonders am frühen Morgen wenn die Sonne aufgeht erkennt man warum es Golden View heißt und es war ein Genuss mit diesem Blick aufzuwachen. Die Unterkunft selber ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Bad ist etwas klein gehalten. Aufgrund einer fehlenden Duschwand wird das Bad geflutet, trocknet aber durch den vorhandenen Abfluss auch wieder. Die Außenanlagen sind absolut top. Wir haben die tolle und große Grillecke mit dem großen Steingrill oft genutzt. Der Poolbereich mit den vielen Liegemöglickeiten ist ein Traum. Emmanuel war ein super Gastgeber und sehr hilfsbereit. Am ersten Tag hat er uns sogar zum Supermarkt gefahren, gewartet und wieder zurückgefahren, damit wir nicht so viel tragen mussten. Auch Tipps hatte er stets für uns parat. Wir wurden sogar im Kreise eines Familienessens eingeladen und sehr zuvorkommend behandelt. Gastfreundlichkeit wird hier sehr groß geschrieben.

la villa est très belle et fonctionnelle. la vue sur la mer est à couper le souffle. c'est un petit émerveillement chaque matin.

Die Unterkunft war klasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und auch die Lage, etwas abseits vom Dorfzentrum, fanden wir super. Der Lärm der vorbeifliegenden Flugzeuge ist nicht zu vermeiden aber hat uns auch nicht gestört. Nachts haben wir gar nichts mitbekommen. Am besten haben uns die zwei Katzen gefallen, die ab und zu mal vorbei gekommen sind und sehr zutraulich und gepflegt waren. Auch das Dorf und der Strand sind super. Beides lässt sich in wenigen Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichen und es gibt unzählige gemütliche und leckere Tavernen. Generell lässt sich über die Unterkunft sagen, dass sie genau wie auf den Bildern ist. Alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und wir waren traurig, als der Urlaub vorbei war. Die Kommunikation mit Stella war super einfach und sie war git zu erreichen.

It was my second time at Manolis’ place and I love it. It’s one of most magic places I know on this planet and Manoils and his parents are always very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is very well equipped and the apartment very cosy and bright. Especially in autumn I like this area and the balcony because it’s very calm and relaxed - you are very near the ocean. Like last time Manolis mum prepared some dinner for me and the fridge was full of food ❤️. Unfortunately there was some strong wind during my 4 weeks there and so I had some power outages and wifi / fon connection outages. Manolis did his very best and was very helpful to get it fixed as soon as possible.

Nuestra estancia ha sido un regalo de paz y tranquilidad en un apartamento independiente con su propia rerraza y barbacoa dentro de la finca. Nos sentimos como en casa. Todo estaba limpísimo y encontramos algunos extras en la cocina (agua, cerveza, café...) que agradecimos mucho. Mel y Micchael son fantásticos anfitriones, encantadores, amables y respetuosos. Nos facilitaron un compendio de buenas recomendaciones de la zona este de Creta y también todo lo que necesitábamos. La piscina compartida siempre estuvo disponible para nosotros, y los gatitos nos han enamorado. Estamos muy agradecidos con Mel y Micchael, les deseamos lo mejor. Si volvemos al este de Creta desde luego que repetiremos!

Wir waren zum dritten Mal bei Myrwin und seiner Frau zu Gast. Die Ferienwohnung ist gleichbleibend schön, die Unterkunft ist einfach, sauber und wunderschön. Myrwin hatte frisches Obst und leckeres Tiramisu für uns bereit gestellt. Der Weg durch den Olivenhain ist vor allem nachts immer wieder ein Erlebnis. Im Ort sind einige gute Lokale und auch ein Minimarkt. Alle sind sehr freundlich. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal hier her.
