Located within a quiet street of the popular inner suburb on the fringe of the City of Melbourne, BRUNSWICK, 400m to the left is Barkly Square Shopping Complex, Sydney Rd with its Middle Eastern Cafes and Restaurants, walk or catch a tram to the City Centre, first stop to the left is Princes Park, a major sports and recreation Park, home to the Blues Aussie Rules Football Club, to the right two minutes walk to Melbourne Zoo Royal Park. second stop, Melbourne University, third stop, the famous Queen Vic Market, and next you're at Melb. Two cats live on property (Buddy & Braveheart) but probably wont impact on guests unless they are cat lovers!

The tram will take you to the City and local shopping precincts, the Caulfield Racecourse and local hospitals. We are 2.5kms from the start of the Grand Prix Circuit (Albert Park Lake) and a tram ride from the Rod Laver Arena.
