fantastic beautiful place with the most amazing view. well maintained and very clean. unfortunately the cleaners or the previous tenants had missed picking up one piece of broken glass that one of our guests got through the foot.

Very clean & simple house and easy to relax in, e.g. the hard floors make it nice and breezy to keep civilised. All beds comfy, very good kitchen facilities and great access to the ocean beach. What more can one ask for? Two little happy dogs, two happy teen'ish kids, and two satisfied parents. Job done.

We enjoyed our stay at Sally’s place, it was the perfect spot right on the esplanade, super close to restaurants and convenience stores, and right across the road from the beach. Sally had put a lot of thought into little extra details to make our stay comfortable and the place was very clean and neat. The pool, beach and playgrounds are all close by - perfect for young families . Would stay again . Thanks Sally.

Jill has an absolutely beautiful house with a great sized grassy yard for the kids to play, plus a ping pong table. Was brilliant sitting on the deck enjoying beautiful sea views and breezes. It’s a very short walk to the beach where we spent a lot of time swimming and fishing! Also the pub is close by for a coldie or 2! We loved every minute!!

Brett’s place has a lovely open and calm feel to it, with a super outlook over to the beach and ocean. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms off each are great too. And it’s an easy 2 min walk down onto the beach. Just remember there aren’t shops nearby so take everything you need for cooking as you’ll be eating in - the kitchen is pretty well stocked, though a few more key items in the utensils drawer would be helpful. Overall though a really great place to stay and relax.

Property was perfect size for our group. Location is fantastic, only a 5 minute walk to Eurong shops. Communication was great, hosts responded in a timely matter. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time here. The house was perfect for 9 of us, plenty of space and spotlessly clean and tidy. I loved that it had everything we needed in terms of towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies and in generous quantities. The house is very close to the beach, allowing lovely walks along the shore and to the nearby shop and cafe. Sadly recent heavy rain meant the water was uninviting and we weren’t able to swim, the only downside (and not the hosts fault) to a fantastic holiday. I highly recommend Susan’s place to large groups looking to relax and unwind in spacious, clean and peaceful surroundings.

Beautiful location, very low key. the house was beautiful and welcoming. Low set house which was perfect for mobility issues as there wasn’t very many stairs and loved the games closet and the lawns were perfect for playing outdoor games with the kids. Celebrated my son and mother’s birthday and it was perfect holiday for beach and rock lovers. to come back and watch the sunset and have family dinner out on the veranda looking out at the water was amazing. 10/10 and the little shops down the road had everything we needed and good food.

The family had a wedding to attend at Kingfisher Bay Kgari so we booked Rishendas beach house. Everyone felt comfortable, the home was well equipped and plenty big enough for our large group. The views were amazing, the resident kookaburras visited daily. The outdoor dining area with spa and BBQ on the deck overlooking the fabulous views was Amazing. We would definitely recommend Rishendas house and would love to return again for an Island holiday.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. The communication with the host was excellent; they were responsive and provided all the information I needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway!

A beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Beloved mid-century style interior, new kitchen appliances, and a nice pool. Definitely worth a second visit!

Absolutely lovely villa in idyllic surroundings. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were very comfortable and the linen supply very good. Jane provided lots of helpful information in response to my questions. Although there are three other villas (to each side and in front) we were not overlooked and it was nice and private, even on the veranda. It’s a short walk to the pool, restaurants, the beach and to several bush walks. We had a great time. A little pricey but well worth it.

even though our stay was during cyclone Alfred we felt very safe and added extra time onto our stay to accommodate us untill there were no road closures and we could get home the house was amazing and the girls were super friendly and made our stay a please we will definitely be back

Such a beautiful place for a holiday. Beachy, modern interior with very clean bathrooms. We appreciated the handwash, shampoo etc. that was provided. Deck was huge with a good view of surrounding hills, the perfect place to chiIl and view local wildlife. Bonus that this neighbourhood is fenced off from the dingoes. If you plan on cooking, the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, kitchenware, and a large fridge. Bedrooms are spacey, with plenty of wardrobe space, and the beds are very comfortable. The pool table was a hit with the whole family. Self Checkin/checkout process was easy, and Jan was very responsive to any enquiries during our stay. Thank-you to Jan for such a comfortable stay. We will definately book again!

We’ve stayed at quite a few properties at Rainbow over the years and this one is our new fave. The hosts are very friendly and responsive and the property is exactly as described. The house is older but very spacious, great yard, perfectly positioned to walk to the beach and main street. A lot of listings on Rainbow are hosted by holiday agents (which is fine) but the difference with this one being privately hosted shows. For the first time we didn’t need to clean when we arrived, and the beds were all made up with fresh linen. Would definitely book again. Thanks for a great weekend :)

The home is a beautiful, clean and comfortable place to stay. So close to the water, with water views from the deck. Frances was very attentive In her communication. We had a great stay. I would highly recommend and stay again.

Lovely quaint & quirky property with no tv, to entice family quailty time together, books and board games, has everything you need. Dog friendly. Good location, if you like short strolls - easy 7min walk to the dog beach, local kiosk/cafe for coffee and fish & chips. (Closest beach is not dog friendly). fully fenced back yard for young kids/dogs. We will return! 😊

Loved this place and exactly what we needed. We walked every morning to grab a coffee, had a quick look at the ocean, and then enjoyed our coffee in one of the comfy seats on the deck at the house.

My parents and I had the most lovely stay at Anita’s apartment. It is perfectly located upon a small cliff overlooking the ocean and Fraser Island. She made sure that we felt welcome from the start, providing us with recommendations for the area and things to do. We never experienced such a wholesome exchange with our host before - just perfect. The apartment itself is even better than the pictures, providing enough space for everything - we would always happily come back. Thank you so much for everything!
