The perfect combination of accommodations, amenities, and concierge services without the hotel hustle and pandemic concerns, at a great price. You could not ask for better hosts. Highly recommend for all travelers. As a US, non Greek speaking female traveling alone during covid, I felt safe, cared for, and accommodated in every way.

Great, peaceful place to stay outside of the city. Very roomy and had everything you needed to relax. Highly recommend.

Vasilis was very welcome and cheerful and eager to show everything about the town to us!! The appartment was PE-RFECT and for sure we will stay thereif we visit thessaloniki again!! Fully equipped having everything needed for short or long stay!!

The apartment was very spacious and clean and had a great location. Communication was top notch. Katerina responded very quickly. We were also allowed to leave our bags after check out until afternoon. Totally recommend

Close to the center but not too noisy. Metro is 4 minutes away. The apartment is just like in photos and has everything we needed.

We had a lovely stay in Thessaloniki! The apartment was in a great location, perfect for exploring the city. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Kally was absolutely wonderful—so kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. She really made us feel at home and her hospitality was truly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Thessaloniki!

이 숙소에서 28박을 지냈습니다. 제가 지금까지 경험했던 숙소중에서 가장 컨디션이 좋았습니다. 호스트는 정말 친절했으며 여러가지 문의 사항에 대해서 정말 친절하게 답을 해줬습니다. 숙소 위치는 공항에서 버스를 타고 내리면 바로 길 건너에 있어서 찾기 쉬웠으며 주변에 대형 마트 및 카페가 있으며 바닷가까지는 충분히 걸어다닐 수 있는 거리입니다. 너무나 훌륭한 숙소이긴 했지만 딱 하나 문제가 있다면 그건 바로 인터넷 속도입니다. 저처럼 일을 해야한다면 한번쯤 다시 한번 생각을 해봐야합니다. 다운로드 속도는 10Mbps까지 나오며 업로드 속도는 0.5Mbps가 나옵니다. 업로드 속도가 느려서 일을 하기 정말 힘들었습니다. 그리고 사진에는 없지만 세탁기는 발코니에 있는 창고 같은 곳에 있으니 참고하세요. 이 숙소 덕분에 테살로니키가 정말 더 좋아졌습니다. 다시 한번 더 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다.

This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

We had a great one night stay in Thessaloniki. Excellent location, very close to restaurants and markets. The view out to the sea is beautiful, especially the sunset. Place is spotless with unique cool furniture. Our just was very responsive with recommendations for Thessaloniki and even for our future destinations. We will be back.

Perfect place for a country getaway to relax and recharge. Well maintained and nothing lacking therein. Super friendly hosts and they genuinely liked our dog, even though he is 72kgs.

Georgi’s place was very nice and well maintained. The amenities were clearly listed while booking the stay. The apartment has good public transport connectivity to all the major places and marketplace. Georgi was proactive in replying with any questions. Overall a great place to stay at :)

Το Δωμάτιο ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Η περιοχή είναι η καλύτερη πρόταση για το κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης. Ο οικοδεσπότη φιλικός, εξυπηρετικός, ο καλύτερος. Η στάση του μετρό, Βενιζέλου είναι κυριολεκτικά δίπλα στο κατάλυμα. Νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας και θα επιστρέψουμε σύντομα.

This is a nice place. It’s split with the kitchen and bedroom on one side and the living room and balcony with table on the other. The space felt roomy and clean. The bed was comfortable and had nice linen. The kitchen was comfortably equipped and had a large pot and frying pan. The laundry worked fine. The bathroom and shower were on the small side. The balcony is very nice and large. The apartment is on the 7th floor and accessed via elevator. You can hear the elevator from the bedroom, but it didn’t bother us. I would not recommended staying here with children as the stairs has an open shaft in the middle and widely spaced railing. I was quite nervous entering and exiting the apartment because the stairs are very close to the door and quite steep. Other than the stairs being a bit scary this place was quite nice and we would stay here again. The area was safe and has a local feel. The restaurant directly across the street is amazing!

Great stay! The apartment is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It really feels like a "home away from home". Located at a busy street with a gym, shops and cafés. Because of the busy road there is a lot of traffic noise when you're outside on the balcony but inside the house you hardly hear it. The bus to the centre of Thessaloniki stops right in front of the building, it's about a 25 min drive. Tip: the 24hrs shop below sells bus tickets. To the marina in Kalamaria it's about a half hour walk. The hosts are very friendly and responsive.

Ο κ Θανάσης ήταν εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, μας έκανε να αισθανθούμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Το διαμέρισμα πολύ προσεγμένο, πεντακάθαρο και με πολλές παροχές. Σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε τόσο για την κεντρική τοποθεσία και το πάρκινγκ αλλά και για την εξαιρετική φιλοξενία!

Zaklina was very friendly and helpful. She welcomed us with coffee and cold bewerages which was really appreciated after long trip and really hot day. We arrived much later than we expected and she was really nice and compassionate about it. The only down side was that we were in different apartment than the one we booked, and we found that out when we arrived. It would be better if we knew this upfront, but we were there for only one night so we didn't mind as much. The apparent was clean and nice and we felt like at home. It had less bedrooms than we expected because of the switch, but since we were traveling with a 1.5 year old baby she provided us with baby cot. There is everything that you might need and more (like dishwasher, washer and dryer), the bathroom was clean an spacious, and there is enclosed parking space. There are mosquito nets on doors and windows which was a plus since at the time we were there, there were many mosquitoes outside. Overall, really nice :)
