Our place is situated within an easy 5 min walk to the main street, restaurants and cafes & only 10 min walk to Town Beach. Our studio is a separate unit underneath our new in-town house. It has private access and opens up to a very large alfresco area with lawn & garden. The studio has a separate bathroom with a real shower, toilet as well as separate kitchen, fridge, hotplate & microwave. The perfect place to relax and unwind there is a large wrap around verandah and undercover area with bbq facilities that allows comfortable outdoor living in all types of weather. There is a fully equipped kitchen stocked with essentials. A timber combustion heater will keep you warm in winter and air conditioning in two bedrooms and the living area will keep you cool in summer. The three bedrooms each have a queen size bed. All linen/towels are provided including beach towels.

Close to historic Trial Bay Gaol & Arakoon & Hat Head National Parks. Bookings of 5 nights & more over Xmas & Easter unless there is a gap. Not suitable for under 12s.
