I live in western NY state and had come urgently because daughter was in the hospital. Jim was very accommodating, the Airbnb couldn’t have been more perfect for my needs, and it is now my go to for anytime I need to come to Boston for both medical needs and leisure.

The unit is located in the newly developed Tuscan Village area of Salem, NH, which is by far the best location in town. The space itself is luxurious, and my host was absolutely perfect—accommodating, helpful, and attentive. She greeted me upon arrival and ensured I had everything I needed to get settled in smoothly.

Rafael was very responsive and the place was clean. Only problem was the washing machine was broken for our stay but Rafael was very accommodating and even offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. Very great host!

I am more than satisfied with my stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, yet quiet and peaceful at night. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Great modern furnished apartment that our family of five enjoyed staying in for 6 nights. While the immediate area is undergoing some real estate development, it’s a short walk to Revere beach and very conveniently located on the blue line to get into Boston. We commuted very easily to all of the events and attractions on our must-do list including sports events at TD gardens, the Freedom Trail, Boston Duck Tour, Quincy Market, and Harvard University tour. Highly recommend Ryan as a host and would definitely choose to stay again for any future visit to Boston.

We stayed for marathon weekend. It’s a big apartment community. It was early spring so no pool available, but the place is clean, pet friendly, great pool if summer, pickleball courts, tennis courts, park for kids, dog park, gym, ping pong, grills…..all either in the building or right across the street. Parking is in a lot, safe and secure vibe. Pretty great. The room was more than adequate. It’s not fancy but it’s clean and nice. Sort of like a college or grad student apartment vibe. A small, clean apartment with a comfortable bed, washer and dryer, full kitchen, a great tub, great temp control, good tv with all the app access to watch what you want without signing into a bunch of apps. A little noisy at night (neighbors)….but it’s a big apartment complex and that’s to be expected to a certain extent. Host was outstanding. Accommodating, very responsive, helpful. We had an issue with the blow up bed leaking and they replaced it the next day with a new one. Will definitely be back.

The room had beautiful views of the lake as mentioned in the listing. The space was clean and nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. The property also had other amenities for us to use such as a pool, hot tub, game room and community balcony. The location was also very good as is close to the beautiful lake and picturesque towns. Would recommend their place overall as was an enjoyable weekend stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Christophers place. He is a great host, always responsive with clear instructions. Place was peaceful, private and is exactly same as it was in the pictures. Will come soon!

Logement très bien situé pour l'accès à la plage. Très propre pour une location en fin de saison. Par contre, il faut laisser les fenêtres fermées à cause du bruit du train qui passe derrière l' immeuble. Nous avons eu un peu d' inquiétude pour la sécurité dans le voisinage lié au bar de la plage à proximité.

Kate & Kate’s place was fantastic. The location was perfect for both enjoying the beach and fall weather, and also doing some shopping nearby. There are restaurants very close by as well. It was very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the little things really stood out here- many towels, washer and dryer, all the things you need for your stay are provided and so appreciated. Excellent place to stay!!

The condo was very clean, tasteful decorated. Beds were comfortable. Loved the big table to play games and the living room was cozy for the evening and morning chats. Pretty views.

Very comfortable and plenty of room for our family of 6. The kids had a blast running around and playing, theres a nice grassy area in the back to play too. Alot to do in the area and the community center was beyond our expectations. They have four pools and 3 hot tubs, good food and pizza at the resteraunt, good drinks for the adults, we loved it!

The best place to stay for our weekend in town for the Marathon. Easily accessible to the T to get downtown rather quickly, but also a calm spot to escape the city at the end of the day. The house was so beautiful. The neighborhood was charming. Peter and Tor were incredible host. Communication was quick, instructions were clear, and they really made sure we were prepped for our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Karen was very quick to respond to any of our questions. The house is spacious and clean. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and dining room. I’d recommend this place to anyone staying in the area!

Steve and Rebecca's place is a very cozy and warm little house. We had everything we needed inside for our very first visit to Boston. Each room is very well furnished with comfortable beds and a nice comfy couch to unwind in after walking through the city all day. The house is tucked into a corner on top of a steep hill which gives a very nice and quiet private spot to stay. This is a wonderful spot! I do have to mention a few little quirks that should be noted. The hill could cause some issues for parking for some depending on your vehicle since the spot can be a little tricky getting in or out. I recommend using an uber, which what we did to get around rather then fiddling with the parking. Also, there is a downstairs area that is obviously off limits and is clearly marked as such behind the curtain in the kitchen area. Having a door with a lock for both sides seems like a more comfortable solution for both parties. Otherwise, this is a wonderful find!

We had an absolutely delightful stay in this fantastic home, brimming with wonderful amenities and perfectly suited for a relaxing family getaway. There was a small hiccup during check-in, but the owner’s swift and caring response put us at ease immediately. We’re so grateful for their hospitality and can’t wait to return!

Perfect location for my family during the Boston Marathon! Our children enjoyed the games, toys and backyard—and a lot of space to lay low before and after the race. Easy to have groceries delivered, catch the train into town and easy parking!

Michael was fantastic with responding quickly, this home was beautiful & is a great location if you're looking to visit the white mountains! my friends & I had a great stay, we would definitely book again!

We will definitely be visiting our family again and now are thrilled to know we have a wonderful Airbnb to stay at while visiting. It has all the amenities you might need and more, as well as entertainment, such as games, TV, and children’s outdoor and indoor activities. We will be back to visit before long. This was the PERFECT place for my family’s girls trip to Salem. It was only a 12 minute drive into town. The house is breathtaking!!! The pictures do not do it any justice. Everything is spotless and very welcoming. The private beach is a 3 minute walk up the road. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors were also very friendly. Tracy was an amazing host!!! 10/10 recommendation.
