Wir waren begeistert von der Unterkunft im Herzen der Waterfront. Das Appartement war spitze und alles perfekt. Die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß im Kinderbereich und im Schwimmbad. Der Parkplatz ist super und das gesamte Areal spitzenmäßig.

Ambiente war gehoben , Küche mit allen Geräten ausgestattet, Garage im Haus, schnell zu Fuß überall hin, Altstadt gleich über die Straße zu erreichen sowie BW, Spielplatz , Gym öffentlich gegenüber , Wohnung war ausreichend für kleine Familie. Danke an pavle weiterempfehlen werden wir auf jeden Fall

The place itself looks better than the photos in the listing. A beautiful balcony for a peaceful morning coffee might be the highlight of this apartment. You have plenty od towels, dishes, and all llthe little things you would need for a short stay. Host was very responsive, answered my questions within minutes and was very easy to cooperate with. I'm looking forward to visiting this place again.

Marija is an amazing host! Her place is filled with love and peace, making it a truly special stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful notebook with recommendations and instructions—it added a personal touch that made everything even easier. The home itself is cozy and comfortable. The only thing I couldn’t find was an electric kettle, but there were good alternatives, so it wasn’t a problem at all. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful—definitely take some time to walk around and explore. And a special thanks for the basketball playground—it was such a great bonus! Would absolutely stay here again!

We spent the New Year holidays in Belgrade and stayed in this studio. It’s a lovely, cozy, and very clean place with everything you might need. The studio was warm and comfortable, even though it was quite cold outside. Jelena is very responsive and friendly, providing helpful recommendations. We were also pleasantly surprised to find drinks in the fridge, tea, coffee, wine, and all the necessary toiletries. Overall, thank you so much! Highly recommend this accommodation
