Fully-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, multi functional microwave, hot plate, oven, toaster, juicer, kettle, coffee maker) available to you as well as all the other utensils you need, First bedroom with king bed and another bedroom with two separate beds that could be put together. A bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Apartment is equipped with air condition system for both cooling and heating. It is on the 3th floor of the residential building without elevator. There is parking 1 minute away at the owner property or right in front of the apartment building. Waterfront restaurants, charming cafes, and shops are a short walk away. Nearest beach just 100 meters from the apartment. With all of this around, you might just decide to enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony over a glass of wine. 10-20 minutes by taxi from the airport, 5 min by taxi to the bus station. Public transportation 100m. Old town, by foot, in 5 minutes Third floor of the building, no elevator!

Town's Edge Studio in Kotor Old Town

This stunning apartment became a ruin after the 1979 earthquake and after 42 years it's been given back the charm and character that adds to the charisma of Kotol Old Town. The apartment is located near the back entrance where there was once a swing bridge that was used to service the old town homes , restuarants and hotels. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

The appartment is located in the attic of the house just across the street from the beach. The appartment is new, equipped with new furniture and gadgets. There are two bedrooms, one with queen sized bed and the other one with single bed. In the living room there is a couch that can be also used as a bed when it "opens up". There is also a dinning table, kitchen, bathroom and a big balcony with a view on both the sea and the mountains.
