Being only a 15 minutes Tuk Tuk drive from The Galle Fort and a 10 minutes drive from Unawatuna beach, it makes it the perfect PLACE TO BE Guests have access to the garden, pool, sleeping pavilion, yoga pavilion, small spa and pool. For total privacy they have their own balcony overlooking the garden.

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

It is an ideal home base to explore the local areas of Galle and beyond. Everything you need is provided in stylish, designer luxury. The washing machine and dryer make travelling easy and hiring a scooter from Epic Rides or using Uber or Pick me apps allows easy beach and local historic site access.
