If you are going to spend a few days in Weimar, you will love this big and bright apartment. The windows look out to the south. The whole apartment is fresh, maintained and well equipped only for you and your family or friends. You can feel like home. For arriving by car there is good parking in front of the house and the city center can be reached within a five minute walk. The neighboring house was once the home of the painter Alfred Ahner. The most popular bar „Zum Falken“ in Weimar ist very close. There are good bands and other events organized by students. It's a lively scene. When you enter the apartment, you can enjoy and feel well. You will love the high quality sound system or play on the piano. Put you clothes in the chest of drawer or use the hallway as a walk-in wardrobe. There are also many board games. The well equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking. Das kleine Haus befindet sich an der Kreisstraße zwischen Neudietendorf und Erfurt. Die Inneneinrichtung ist neu und wurde mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Die Möbel sind aus Bauholz und strahlen einen besonderen Charme aus. Schlafzimmer & Bad zeigen nach Süden, Wohnzimmer mit franz. Balkon nach Norden. Das gesamte Haus wird mit einem Pelletofen in der Küche beheizt (Gastgeber übernimmt tägliche Wartung in Absprache). Die Anreise (z.B. für Geschäftsreisende) ist in Absprache zu jeder Tageszeit möglich.

Die helle und gemütliche Wohnung befindet sich in einem großen Garten im Ortsteil Taubach, idyllisch an der Ilm gelegen, 5 km vom Stadtzentrum in Weimar entfernt. Über einen separaten Eingang erreicht man die Wohn-Küche, einen großen Wohn-/ Schlafraum sowie das Bad. Eine Schiebetür kann zur Wohnküche geschlossen werden. Der Garten kann vollständig genutzt werden, verschiedene Sitzplätze laden zum Entspannen ein. Nach Weimar gibt es zwei schöne Radwege sowie eine stündliche Busanbindung.

Home to Goethe and Schiller, Bauhaus and rich with culture, there is so much to see and do in this area.
