Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

It has quirky living spaces, including a loft, and wide, stunning views over the land around, even from the private sauna which can be used for a modest fee. From here you can explore the region. We are surrounded by nature, and a few minutes drive from historic Trentham with cafes, pubs, walking tracks and a lot of history.

This lovely period cottage has everything you need, and is situated an easy 10 minute (700 m) walk to the historic Piper Street. There you will find world class art, crafts, antiques, cafe's and wine bars. Once you've ventured out, kick back next to an inviting gas log fire or split system aircon. Choose a movie with Netflix on the 55 inch LG, or sip wine and chomp cheese, in the secluded backyard oasis. For those who need to keep working we have a desk and comfortable office chair.

School House No. 1083 Kyneton

School House was built in Lauriston in the 1860's and was later transported to central Kyneton. Honouring the original character and charm, it has been beautifully restored and is surrounded by your own private garden, veranda, BBQ and entertainment area. School House has private entry. The Garden Tap House is a short drive to Victoria's central wine region. The accommodation is great for couples, groups, & families and features 3 bedrooms; one with a queen bed and two bedrooms with two king singles in each. The backyard is a shared space with a cafe named the Courtyard.
