The home is beautiful and overlooks the water. The pool was nice it was private. And easily driveable to all the places we wanted to go. The kitchen a few more items like blender for iced coffee. And a few Tupperware for fruit etc…. We will be back.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich super. Wir würden sogar sagen noch besser als auf den Bildern, wir waren begeistert. Die lokale Managerin hat uns zu dem Haus gebracht, was ziemlich ab vom Schuss an dem Küstenberghang ca. 30 Minuten von Kalamata weg zu finden war. Der Ausblick war atemberaubend, vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang. Auch die beiden Pools waren sehr schön, Abends ist dann vor allem der Whirlpool viel genutzt worden. Die Zimmer waren alle Top. Manche hatten ein Queen-Size-Bett, manche waren ein Doppelbett mit einer kleinen Abtrennung in der Mitte. Außerdem hatte jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad und einen eigenen Balkon bzw Balkonzugang.

We had been travelling for 3 weeks and we arrived in Chrani, Peloponnese by bus very tired and looking for total relaxation for a good few days. We 100% achieved this. The view was stunning, the sea was flat like velvet and in the distance the beautiful mountains. The free umbrella’s & sun loungers on the beach a great add on & the peace and quiet was just what we needed. The sea is crystal clear & once in you don’t want to come out. The lady who cleaned was fabulous, changing sheets and towels/beach towels every 3 days, sweeping, changing bin bags & mopping everyday. She was truly a star. The other guests were people that have been coming to the same apartments for many years. Meeting friends they have met before. Very friendly, relaxed, chilled & highly recommend if you want to experience peace and quiet & beautiful scenery

Φανταστική βίλα σε πανοραμική ήσυχη περιοχή με υπέροχη θέα. Πολύ άνετα δωμάτια με άνετες ντουλάπες, άψογη κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, ωραίο καθιστικό, απολαυστική βεράντα με θέα στην θάλασσα, γενικά πολύ ωραιο σπιτι!!! Η πισίνα άψογη, για μικρά και μεγάλα παιδιά, πολύ καθαρή, απολαυστικότατη! Ευχαριστηθήκαμε πραγματικά την διαμονή μας στην υπέροχη αυτή βίλα και την προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα! Ευχαριστούμε παρά πολύ για την φιλοξενία.

This was our second time here, and it was as good if not better than our first. George was again the consummate host - friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive - and the accommodations themselves were so comfortable. We love this spot and Kardamili and already look forward to returning again next year. Efharisto!

Das Haus von Maria ist eine wunderschöne und sehr gemütliche Oase am Rand von Zacharo. Man fühlt sich sofort wie Zuhause und Maria ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Im Garten kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und von der Terrasse aus tolle Sonnenuntergänge und den Sternenhimmel beobachten. Außerdem ist es ein super Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Tolle Strände, Bergdörfer und historische Orte sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine super schöne und erholsame Zeit und würden sehr gerne nochmal wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an Maria und ihre Familie 🌞🌊⛱️🇬🇷

Όλοι μπορούν να δημιουργήσουν μια διαμονή για airbnb. Το θέμα είναι πως ελάχιστοι συνδυάζουν τον άριστο χώρο με το προσωπικό μεράκι και ο Γιάννης είναι πραγματικά ένας από αυτούς. Το σπίτι ήταν τέλειο και πολύ καλύτερο από τις φωτογραφίες. Είναι ο ιδανικός χώρος για οικογένειες με παιδιά καθώς ο προσεγμένος με το γκαζόν τεράστιος εξωτερικός χώρος δείχνει πως ο Γιάννης δεν έχει αφήσει τίποτα στην τύχη. Ο χώρος είναι επίπεδος χωρίς σκάλες και απόλυτα ασφαλής για παιδιά. Το εσωτερικό δεν έχει έπιπλα με επικίνδυνες γωνίες και ο χώρος της κουζίνας είναι ψηλός για τα δεδομένα ενός παιδιού 3-4 ετών κ ετσι δεν υπάρχει πρόσβαση σε πιάτα ποτήρια μαχαίρια κλπ, κάνοντας την κουζίνα ασφαλέστατη. Ο Γιάννης είναι φιλικός, επικοινωνιακός και απόλυτα διακριτικός. θα σας βοηθήσει κ θα σας ενημερώσει με χαρά και δείχνει άνθρωπο που δεν κάνει αγγαρεία. Τόσο εκείνος όσο κ η σύζυγός του Λίλυ έχουν φτιάξει ένα χώρο ο οποίος ξεπερνά τις προσδοκίες κ σε κάνει να αισθάνεσαι τυχερός που τον επέλεξες

Excellent séjour chez Elias ! La maison est très chaleureuse et on s'y sent tout de suite bien. Un bonheur de prendre du temps sur la terrasse. Merci pour tout ! ;-)

Séjour agréable dans la région à 30 minutes de Olympie. La maison est sécurisé pour les jeunes enfants. On a pu profiter des jeux dans le jardin et à la plage qui est à seulement 1 minutes à pied.

Είχαμε μια εξαιρετική και άνετη διαμονή. το σπίτι είναι πολύ όμορφο, με υπέροχη θέα και φτιαγμένο με πολύ ωραίο γούστο και μέτρο. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ βολική, δίπλα στον Μυστρά , πολύ κοντά στην Σπάρτη και σε άλλα γραφικά χωριά και ταβέρνες και ταυτόχρονα απομονωμένο και μέσα στην φύση. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ επικοινωνιακός και ευέλικτος. Τον ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τα δώρα του! μακάρι να έχουμε ξανά την ευκαιρία να επισκεφτούμε το κατάλυμα!

Anastasios's home was comfortable, with exquisite views, safe parking, a short drive to Gythio town and a range of sights and restaurants, but also walking distance to 2 great tavernas in the local village. His restaurant recommendations and suggestions for things to do were excellent. We would definitely love to visit again.

Lovely apartment, short walk to local grill place and supermarket, short drive to the beach and fish restaurants (tables on the sand :-)). 2 doubles but she was able to make up a day bed in the larger room for our second child. Plus there was a kitten !!

Πολύ όμορφο και λειτουργικό σπίτι σ ένα όμορφο χωριό ιδανικό για ξεκούραση.

Περάσαμε 2 νύχτες στο σπίτι του Φιλίππου. Ήμασταν λίγο ατυχείς με τον καιρό και το ένα υπνοδωμάτιο δεν κρατούσε θερμοκρασία παρόλο που το σπίτι είχε θέρμανση. ευτυχώς ο Φίλιππος ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα και μας έφερε μια σόμπα, με την οποία το δωμάτιο ζεστάθηκε πολύ καλά. οι χώροι του σπιτιού ήταν άνετοι και η επικοινωνία και η επικοινωνία με τον Φίλιππο εξαιρετική.

Das Haus liegt ruhig und abgelegen zwischen Oliven-, Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen. Wir kamen nachts an, aber durch die sehr gute Wegbeschreibung von Dimitrios haben wir das Haus schnell gefunden. Wir waren mit unserem Sohn und dessen Familie im Haus ( insgesamt 6 Personen). Wir hatten genug Platz und in der Küche ausreichend Utensilien zum Kochen. Der Backofen war toll, um den Kindern Pommes zu machen. Die Terrasse ist riesig und superschön. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Ventilatoren waren auch vorhanden. Waschmaschine ist toll, wenn man mit Kindern reist.Der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen und bietet nachmittags viel Schatten. Mit dem Auto sind Bäckerei, Metzger und Supermarkt schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus sehr gut empfehlen. Dimitrios ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet.

We had a wonderful stay here as a family of four. Our children spent most of the week in the pool! The views were absolutely stunning and the villa was clean and well equipped. Aircon was much appreciated too. Gail was an attentive host, quickly responding to messages I sent her and happy to answer any questions we had. We were very sad to have to leave at the end of the week!

We had an amazing stay. We had the ground floor apartment of a three storey property where Stathis family resides- even though this was the case, we had our own privacy to the grounds and the pool. The family were extremely lovely and we hardly saw them. The property was spotless and the grounds were extremely beautiful and peaceful with the fruit and herb trees surrounding the property. The kids had a great time in the pool. We loved our stay and we loved Kalamata!

A fabulous place, with lovely rooms, great facilities, a sunny pool, sea and sunset views, and warm hosts. From the very friendly and helpful first greeting, the family made us feel right at home. We did a lot of cooking and loved eating meals on the balcony area outside the kitchen. Everything is simple, including parking. The bedroom is gorgeous, with views and a little balcony. Highly recommended place in wonderful Kardamyli.

Thank you so much, Bernadette and Rod, for great hosting! The experience was beyond all our expectations! The cabin is very clean and equipped with everything you need and beyond. The place is kid-friendly, Bernadette provides some toys games, and movies for the kids, as well as great sea wheels, to enjoy within the pool. The pool is clean and access to it is not easy for toddlers so it is safe. The view is stunning. From one side you get to see the mountains while from the other side you can see the sea. The cabin is in a rural and secluded place so it's just your quiet and great nature. The hosts give self-produced olive oil that upgrades every meal and salad you make. In addition, there are grapes growing up in the yard you can pick and eat. Bernadette and Rod are super nice and friendly. Thank you for a great experience!

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Η πισίνα ήταν τρομερή. Σίγουρα θα το ξανά επισκεφτούμε!

Just a short walk from a picturesque mountain village, Villa Sunset is a truly incredible place to stay. The veranda gives views over rolling slopes of olive groves and down to the sea below. The pool is huge - it’s worth noting that it is VERY deep if you’re with small children - and thanks to its position it’s a wonderful place to find some peace and quiet. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely, particularly the master suite in the tower! Neochori, the local village, is a 5 minute stroll away. You’ll find a bakery that does coffees, fresh bread and sweet treats, as well as a minimarket which is good in an emergency (but be warned it only takes cash and there are no ATMs in the village). The village also has a restaurant and a really wonderful Taverna owned by the amazing Maria, which we ended up eating at most nights. A 10 minute drive away is Stoupa, which is quite touristy but has some nice restaurants and bars. A similar distance away is Agios Nikolaos, a picturesque fishing village with a great snorkelling spot. Although you can walk to Agios, it’s definitely worth renting a car or making use of local taxi services. To sum-up, Villa Sunset is a truly amazing sanctuary in a characterful and relatively unspoiled corner of Greece. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

We really enjoyed our time at Vasilis’s home. The outdoor space was fantastic for children - playhouse and slide, kids pool, lots of floaties, and the grill and kitchen were perfect for outside dining. Music outside was great! Inside, everything was very comfortable and the fruit, veggies and other grocery items were appreciated. Vasilis brought us a baby bed and chair as soon as we asked for it. He was an excellent host. We had a fun time at the Caribbean Beach Bar. Beach is rocks, but good music and drinks. We also enjoyed a couple dinners at To Pareaki tis..Argo on the water in Petalidi. Fabulous seafood. All in all, we had a wonderful family stay and would gladly come back. Thank you!

Wir haben 2 herrliche Woche im Haus von Andreas verbracht mit insgesamt 4 Kindern und haben uns tagtäglich sehr wohl und wie Zuhause gefühlt. Andreas hat auf die wenigen Anfragen unsererseits blitzschnell und sehr freundlich reagiert und konnte uns immer weiterhelfen. Ich würde jederzeit und sofort wiederkommen! Vielen Dank lieber Andreas!
