The perfect place to stay if you want to visit Lyon, but don’t want to stay in the busy city. It’s als very close to Beaujolais where they make some great wine! Would definitely recommend this place 👌🏽

Very beautiful house and gardens. As soon as you pass the gate you find yourself in such a relaxing environment. The garden is very large and really beautiful with lots of large old trees and a nice view of Lyon. The pool is large, heated and very clean. The house is large and well equipped and had very nice views to the outside. All in all a very nice place to stay in. We were surprised by the city of Lyon itself. We visited the free zoo and surrounding gardens, the old town and the basilique Notre Dame on top of the hill. All places exceeded our expectations, were clean and safe. All in all we had a great week.

Jenna was so accommodating fitting us in at the last minute and waiting for us to arrive late at night. We had a wonderful warm and attentive welcome with a fire waiting for us - much appreciated after a long day’s travels. Lovely touches like water by the beds and things out for breakfast. I’m sorry we were only stopping overnight as it was a beautiful area and looked great for exploring Lyon, whilst being lovely and peaceful . Would definitely recommend. The pool looked great for the summer too!

absolutely a hidden gem in the city! Situated in a quiet neighborhood up on the Fourviere, truly the place to be if you love to live like a local! Quiet, but not remote. Bus stop only 5mins walk away with several bus routes get you right to the city centre with literally 10mins of travel time. A small community high street nearby also offers all the groceries you need for your stay. P.s. the best bakery shop is also here! The property is a dream house for anyone that loves a good quality of living! Top quality amenities, kitchen appliances (Miele, Liebherr) you name it! Clean and tidy, yet warm and welcoming! We even enjoyed the Christmas decorations set by Sam and Louis! It is truly a home away from home! Sam and Louis were extremely friendly and helpful! the check-in was super smooth. We enjoyed visiting the places suggested by Sam and certainly the freshly laid eggs from the hen! Will definitely stay again!

Laura and her family were excellent hosts and their home was wonderful. They left us lots of recommendations for the surrounding area as well as instructions for how everything in the house worked. The house was a great space for me and my family to spend a week in the Lyon area, with a beautiful kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and a sizeable pool in the yard. The house had fantastic views of the surrounding areas as well as great paths for walk or hikes, while downtown Lyon was only a short drive away. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone staying in the Lyon or Beaujolais areas. Francoise's house exceeded our expectations—it’s even better than the photos and description suggest. This lovely home is beautifully decorated, exceptionally spacious, and impeccably clean, with amazing facilities. The pool is a fantastic bonus, making it the perfect place for a family with children. The location is ideal, just 20 minutes from the center of Lyon, with plenty of easy-to-access public transport options nearby. The area itself is charming and peaceful, providing a serene escape from the bustle of the city—you wouldn’t even know you were in one when relaxing at the house. Francoise is an outstanding host. She was always available when we needed anything and went out of her way to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. We truly can’t recommend Francoise's house enough—it’s the perfect base for exploring a city full of things to do and see. We can't wait to return. A spacious and charming place to stay in the heart of Vieux Lyon. Easy walking to all the main sites to see and to work off the gourmet treats served at the Bouchons. Odile is a very thoughtful host..Everything you needed was there including utensils and crockery, great cooking facilities, Espresso and smart TV etc. The bed was very comfortable and the place very clean. Highly recommended

Super apartment with good access to both the main railway station and Lyon town centre. Plenty of supermarkets and boulangers close by. Very clean and roomy.

Pourquoi vous devez y aller : -La disponibilité et la gentillesse de Thierry et Choi. -Le logement à la superbe décoration et très bien équipé. -La situation idéale pour visiter le centre de Lyon. Tout peut être fait à pieds. -Multitude de restaurants et bars à proximité. -Literie super confortable. Les points à prendre en compte. -pas de possibilité d’accéder au logement en voiture, l’entrée est dans une rue escalier, avec une 50 en de marches. Donc si vous êtes en fauteuil ou béquilles cela serait difficile. -les ruelles étroites donnent un charme certain mais implique aussi logement assez sombre. Ce qui est un avantage en été pour garder la fraîcheur. Nous y avons passé un très agréable moment.

Appartement spacieux, accès facile. Parfait pour un séjour sur Lyon. J’y retournerais sans soucis.

Le séjour dans l'appartement de Tim a été très agréable. L'appartement est situé dans un bon quartier, à distance de marche de la gare et était facile à trouver. Le check-in a également bien fonctionné. De nombreux magasins et restaurants sympas sont accessibles à pied. L'appartement était très propre, équipé de tout ce dont nous avions besoin , très calme et il correspondait à nos attentes. La communication avec Tim était amicale et sans problème. Je le recommande!

Appartement très bien situé proche du métro et de toutes les commodités. Quartier central de Lyon, proche du parc de la tête d'or , des bars et restaurants, des commerces divers et variés. L'appartement très cosy , chaleureux , avec des meubles de style, des peintures magnifiques ,il est très bien équipé, propre et personnalisé.Le petit déjeuner est un plus bien appréciable.Patricia est très réactive aux demandes. Les seuls inconvénients , le bruit qui peut déranger surtout la nuit .Merci pour cet agréable séjour.

We loved staying in Helene’s place. The space itself is big and beautiful, location in centre of Ecully, just outside Lyon. Very easy to get into the city by bus or taxi or Ecully has some lovely places to visit. It’s better than the photos, fully equipped kitchen and really lovely heated pool with sun beds and a beautiful garden. To top it off Helene is an incredible host, probably the best I’ve ever met on Airbnb. Thank you so much Helene, you made our trip so easy and you were so kind and generous. We love your home!

La maison est impressionnante, très bien décoré et d'époque. Jouets, lits, livres...pour enfants à dispo La piscine au top La vue est magnifique L'agence est très sympa et à l'écoute( ventilo, souci café, arrangement horaire).... Romain et sa collègue nous ont très bien accueilli. Ils étaient très gentils, serviable et très réactif . Merci beaucoup Petit bemole Le ménage n’était pas très bien fait dans toute la maison. Surtout salon et cuisine. Et autre chose qui n’est pas de votre ressort mais à signaler les guêpes étaient tres agressives elles ont piqué plusieurs d’entre nous. (Vérifier s’il n’y a pas un nid pas loin ). Merci à vous

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour : maison très agréable et très bien équipée, avec une magnifique vue, de très beaux couchers de soleil et une belle piscine toute neuve. La maison correspond bien aux photos et à la description données, et notre séjour a vraiment été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la localisation, à la fois très proche du centre de Lyon mais dans un cadre calme et verdoyant, très reposant et dépaysant pour les vacances, avec de belles balades à faire dans la région. L’accueil des parents de Marion à notre arrivée a été très sympathique et chaleureux, tout comme les contacts avec Marion et Renaud, notamment lors de notre départ. Merci pour les très gentilles attentions à notre arrivée et pour votre aide et votre disponibilité très appréciées pendant le séjour et même après notre départ (merci encore de nous avoir très gentiment signalé et envoyé un objet oublié). Je recommande très fortement, et reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

This is an amazing Airbnb! The house, pool and garden are even better than described and are beautiful! The kitchen is very well stocked and we enjoyed using the bbq. The pool area is fantastic - lots of spots to sit either in the sun or shade. Plenty of room in the house with comfortable bedrooms that stayed cool even in the hot weather. Overall, would really recommend the stay and our only wish is that we could have stayed longer!
