Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con desayuno incluido en La Spezia

La comodidad de las instalaciones y la limpieza es impecable. La casa está cerca de todo pero conservando la tranquilidad del barrio. La generosidad de sus anfitriones hace la diferencia, desde desayunos súper abundantes, bicicletas disponibles y una heladera con bebidas y frutas para el consumo durante el día, entre otras cosas. Massimiliano es una persona muy cálida y amable, siempre atento a cualquier duda o necesidad de sus huéspedes. Espero poder volver a Viareggio y hospedarme nuevamente allí.

Casa molto carina e accogliente sommersa nel verde del suo giardino. Locata in una zona tranquilla non lontana da tutte le attrazioni e necessità del posto. La casa era pulitissima e attrezzata a dovere. Abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo un quaderno contenente tutte le info della casa e posti / eventi nelle vicinanze descritti nei dettagli. Abbiamo anche trovato tutto per fare colazione sulla tavola (fette biscottate, marmellate, plumcake, fiesta, tortini,…) e dell’acqua! Erano a disposizione tutti gli utensili e strumenti necessari per qualsiasi evenienza. Bagno molto comodo e carino con tutti gli asciugamani necessari. Presente anche aria condizionata in più stanze. Un soggiorno molto comodo, carino e rilassante.

This was hands down the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Host was responding within minutes: helping us get into the place, directions, and even recommending food spots as well as luggage storage when asked. She was so kind and truly cared about us as guests to make sure we had a good time. The location is beautiful, and the room was immaculately cleaned and tidy, making our stay amazing in Cinque Terre. She provided videos of how to locate the building as well as how to unlock the door. The room is easily walkable to restaurants and the bus stop. The breakfast that was included was AMAZING and really made our stay memorable. We will never forget Cinque Terre and Daniele!!!!!!!

Eine tolle Unterkunft auf der Spitze eines Hügels in einem malerischen Ort. Das Haus mit Grundstück war für uns ideal, Innen etwas dunkel. Viel Platz und toll war auch die Waschmaschine und der Holzpelletsofen für frische Abende. Von hier aus eine Stunde zu den Cinque Terre und eine halbe Stunde zum Outlet. Bei kleinen Problemen haben wir sofort Hilfe erhalten.

Michele è un perfetto padrone di casa, sempre attento e disponibile ad ogni esigenza dei suoi ospiti. Non fa mai mancare nulla, dall'accoglienza ai saluti finali. I suoi consigli sui luoghi da visitare sono stati molto utili e ci ha permesso di passare un weekend perfetto insieme ai nostri amici a quattro zampe. Anche loro molto soddisfatti dell'ampio giardino esterno. Ringraziamo ancora Michele per questa mini vacanza.

Excellent séjour chez Noris Le logement est impeccable, nous avons adoré la décoration dans l’esprit italien. Literie parfaite. Emplacement idéal pour faire les 5 terres, Pise, Florence, Carrare Malgré notre arrivée tardive, Noris était là à nous attendre pour nous accueillir, Tout pour le petit déjeuner à notre disposition et la place de parking devant la maison, la cerise sur le gâteau. Je recommande les yeux fermés

Il existe de nombreux logement airbnb jugé comme des perles rare mais celui ci est bien le seul à ma connaissance à valoir cette appellation et même plus. Nous avons profité de cet havre de paix avec vue incroyable, tout en profitant des conseils de Agnese sur la restauration locale. Ce fut un excellent séjour et recommanderons chaudement ce logement à nos proches et vous qui nous lisez. Merci encore Agnese pour votre gentillesse et attentions, au plaisir. Marie et Thomas

Abbiamo soggiornato 9 gg. Con mia figlia e nipotini , siamo stati accolti molto bene da Gabriella la proprietaria che ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni sulla bellissima e luminosissima casa accessoriata di tutto e piena di ogni comfort e pulitissima facendoci trovare la dispensa piena di prodotti per la colazione secondo le nostre preferenze è una persona straordinaria attenta a tutto facendoci trovare nel frigorifero una bottiglia di prosecco per il benvenuto e altro cibo, mai avuto un'accoglienza così ,la casa è molto accogliente è stato come vivere nella propria casa non mancava nulla. Gabriella è stata sempre disponibile ad ogni nostra domanda . Il soggiorno in questa casa lo super consigliamo e sicuramente ci ritorneremo con grande piacere. Aurelio e Macella con famiglia Werner

Great Location, just 10 minutes walk from the central station. Pina personally came to greet us & helped to park our car at the free parking. The property was big & super clean. Pina kept enough stuff for breakfast. She also explains how to operate a Gas stove & other thing. You have to struggle a little to find free street parking after you come back from sightseeing.

The perfect place to stay. Has everything you would need for a trip to Cinque Terre. Anna was such a gracious and generous host. Extremely helpful and responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay. Franco is an incredibly warm, engaging and helpful host, meeting us at the train station and providing useful tips for local adventures. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant where he works. Good food, great location. We loved how central the apartment was. Great people watching from the window. It felt like being part of the local scene, especially before the tourists arrive mid-morning and after they depart in the evening. We had good earplugs (the waxy kind) that were essential for sound sleeping. The train is quite busy in the evening, and the voices carry up from the street. We did enjoy the sound of conversation and it gets quiet by bed time. But the train keeps rolling on until the early morning. We were not affected by this because of our earplugs. And I’m sensitive to noise. Vernazza is beautiful! We hiked to Corniglia, purchased ours tickets while hiking on the trail. (Wear good boots & I used poles.) Already looking forward to returning!

Recibimos muy buena atención, el recibimiento fue muy gustoso. Fabricio junto a la compañía de su hijo nos explicaron con un alto nivel de detalle  su hermoso piso. Nos incluyeron una rica botella de vino para compartir y una gran variedad de productos italianos para los desayunos. El piso se encuentra con un excelente confort  y unos ambientes muy espacioso y muy bien distribuidos. La primera noche presentamos problemas con la presión del agua caliente y tan solo avisarle a Fabrizio su llegada fue lo antes posible a solucionar la incidencia y resolvimos enseguida la situación. Muchas gracias por todo.

Francesca a été une hôte réactive et très disponible.Petites gourmandises à l’arrivée, de bons conseils sur les restaurants, les déplacements vers les 5 Terres. Mention spéciale pour l’accueil de notre petit chien. Je recommande ce logement à 100%.

The location is everything!! Riomaggiore is my fav town and it is the perfect place to watch the stunning sunset🌅 Greta and Nicola were so kind to pick us up at the station and shared so many tips are getting the most of our time here. Thank you for a magical experience!!

The apartment is very centrally located, making it easy to reach everywhere. We had no trouble finding a parking spot either. Everything in the apartment was thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail. Giorgia was very responsive, warm, and welcoming. All the places she recommended were great and really helped us enjoy our trip even more. If I go to La Spezia again, I would definitely choose to stay here again!

We loved our breakfasts every morning that we were able to choose the day before and eat on the patio. They were on time and great selection of food. The room was perfect. Nice bedding and great shower. Rafaella picked us up at the train station when we arrived because it was raining so we were super appreciative of that. The shortcut that she described really was only 5 minutes from the train station but uphill so would have been difficult in the rain. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay!

Superbe séjour dans cet atypique logement ! Fabianna est vraiment une hôte formidable, qui a le souci de proposer à ses clients une expérience parfaite : tout est très propre, le petit déjeuner est superbe avant de partir pour de longues journées dans les 5 Terres, et Fabianna est toujours disponible pour proposer les meilleurs conseils de restaurants ou activités ! Le logement, en plus d’être idéalement situé dans Levanto (restaus, plage, gare, tout est à moins de 5min à pied), est atypique avec cette impressionnante « grotte » et son espace extérieur calme. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement, vous serez aussi ravis que nous l’avons été !

Je recommande ce logement ! Maria a été incroyable avec nous. Dès notre arrivée, elle est gentiment venue nous récupérer à la gare de La Spezia. Elle a pris le temps de nous expliquer les divers transports en commun que nous pouvions utiliser durant notre séjour. Nous avons très bien été accueilli chez elle. Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité. Salle de bain privé, ce qui est très rare de trouver en Italie ! La chambre était toute mignonne, avec un accès à la piscine et un petit déjeuner au top ! Nous remercions Maria pour ce séjour merveilleux et nous conseillons fortement cet endroit.

Sarah est une personne qui sait et qui aime recevoir. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. La chambre est d’une propreté irréprochable. Petit déjeuné au top ! L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter les 5 terres ! Et le petit cadeau personnalisé du départ est super…un grand merci pour l’accueil !

Super ! Un peu de bruit le matin tôt (sûrement la sortie des poubelles) mais l’hôte n’y est pour rien !

Paola and Mirella were amazing host. They went above and beyond to help us with all our needs, including transportation and travel. Moneglia is a beautiful town and there AirBnb made the experience even better.

Lugar espectacular, limpio, ordenado, con todas las comodidades, parqueo privado. Eleonora fue de gran ayuda para usar el transporte público y tuvo una gran comunicación.

Roberto è stato un host eccezionale e nonostante la prenotazione dell'ultimo minuto si è dimostrato disponibilissimo e molto flessibile, pronto a venirci incontro in tutti i modi. La casa sull'albero è una vera chicca, completamente immersa nella natura Perfetta location per chi cerca tranquillità e relax, molto bella anche la piscina Bella l'idea della colazione all'aperto e pure molto abbondante!
