Tolle Unterkunft, perfekt für 3 Gäste. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber; die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Marco hat uns einige Lebensmittel und Getränke zur Verfügung gestellt was sehr hilfreich war für die Ankunft. Die Terrasse mit Aussicht auf das Meer und auf Ischia ist toll zum Frühstücken. Was man wissen muss; zu Fuß ist es eine gute halbe Stunde zum Porto und zum berühmten Fischerhafen, was mit engen Straßen und viel Verkehr manchmal etwas stressig ist. 2 Strände sind allerdings auch in ca. 10min Fußweg zu erreichen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay in Naples. It was our first time visiting and our hosts could not have been more helpful. Lots of thoughtful touches in the property and the location was fantastic with a local bakery just one minute walk away. We loved our time in Naples, the people and the food!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Annamaria’s place was spacious, homey, well stocked and had a lovely outdoor patio. The place is even better than the photos! She gave great recommendations for activities around the island as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

Bellissimo appartamento sul porticciolo della Chiaiolella, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dalla Vivara. Proprietario gentile e flessibile, tutto pulito e ben fornito. La nostra famiglia di 5 è stata benissimo, sia bambini che adulti!

Das war die beste Wahl für eine Unterkunft in Neapel! Auf der richtigen Seite, nämlich der gediegeneren, gepflegten und ruhigen Seite der Stadt mit tollem Blick auf die Küste und Capri. Roberta und Carlo sind super sympathisch, diskret, zu vorkommend und immer hilfsbereit. Wenn man für 4 Personen bucht, erhält man eigentlich zwei Wohnungen, die über eine Treppe verbunden sind und perfekt ausgestattet sind. Von der Küche und dem unten gelegenen Schlafzimmer gibt es eine charmante kleine Terrasse mit Tisch und Liegen und vom oberen Stockwerk geht es direkt raus zu einer tollen Sommerküche mit grosser Terrasse mit Meerblick. Direkt vor der Haustür startet die Buslinie 140, die Euch direkt in die Innenstadt innerhalb von 20 Minuten bringt. Aber auch im Stadtteil von Posilippo gibt es gute Restaurants und direkt neben der Hofeinfahrt eine kleine steile Strasse nach unten zur felsigen Küste mit Bademöglichkeit und ein paar Restaurants und einer Bar auf einem Bootssteg. What can I say about this slice of heaven? The view was the best I’ve seen. The little pool was perfect, the big outdoor table and bbq so inviting to use. Comfy beds, huge kitchen, clean bathroom. Just what me and my friend needed for a week’s holiday! A bit of a walk up a hill so be mindful of that. Easy to get there - ferry from Naples, then the no. 6 bus to Nik Bar (€14 for a week pass). 20 mins walk up to Trattoria Il Focolare (featured on Stanley Tucci’s programme) and 20 min walk down to Tenuta del Cannavale for a natural wine tasting. Wir haben abends den Sonnenuntergang von unserer Terrasse genossen. Traumhafte Aussicht in schöner und ruhiger Umgebung. Delia hat uns ein paar Tage vor der Ankunft proaktiv kontakiert und uns darauf hingewiesen, dass am Ostersonntag (unser Ankunftstag) die Supermärkte geschlossen haben und uns gefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen. Sehr zuvorkommend und vorausschauend, vielen Dank!

our stay at the villa was fantastic! the cows are breathtaking, it was quiet and such a comfortable space to come back to at the end of the day. Mayra and Alessandra were right on top of things and went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Mayra was super responsive to any requests and helped us get taxis and book experiences too. 10/10 recommend!

Bel endroit. Nous n'avons pas eu beau temps tout le temps, pas pu profiter de la piscine, mais la maison est bien située et on peut, de chez Linda, aller voir la belle ile d'Ischia à la moindre éclaircie. Très bon conseils de restaurent (Linda a réservé pour nous), très authentique, et qui nous ont permis de visiter la montagne.

Incredible stay! However, be warned, you must be prepared to travel via taxi or have your own car! I unknowingly booked without realizing how inaccessible by foot / public transport this location is. But that was on me. About 30 min car ride to Naples. The space on the other hand is quite large, lovely, homey and romantic. The host is INCREDIBLE! One of the nicest people I’ve ever met. She offered to drive us to a pizza spot after our late check in, knowing that some of us were hungry. She even set up a taxi to pick us up from the airport, since she knows we don’t speak the language. Went above and beyond and felt so welcomed. All in all, great stay, phenomenal host, and romantic scenery.

très jolie villa avec une vue incroyable sur Ischia et les îles environnantes. piscine super agréable. villa très spacieuse et relativement bien agencée. giovangiuseppe nous a bien accueilli, conseillé et même offert un petit déjeuner. on conseille vivement la maison bien qu'elle soit assez coûteuse

We had a wonderful stay in Ischia. The property was very unique and had amazing views. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. The pool was so refreshing after exploring all day. Prices on the island are very reasonable and I would suggest adding to your itinerary.

Exceptional host ! Agostino by far has been the most incredible host I’ve ever encountered. Professional, caring , attentive , charming , kind and friendly. Responsive at any time and hour of the day ( trusted me we bothered him a lot even at late hours at night ). The property is exactly as you see it in pictures , quite much bigger than what it looks like. Area is superb , walkable distance from The Port and other centro areas . Right in front the property there’s a fantastic restaurant. Agostino , scheduled a taxi pick up from the Ferry station as well our exit ( for a lower fare) he also booked a private boat tour to Capri in advanced and helped us to find a scooter rental place ( all some discount price ). Among other things he did I can thank him enough. The property is big enough for up to 6 people if sleeping in pairs . AC throughout the whole property ( that’s a plus for us spoiled Americans ) . Book here you won’t regret it. We will pick this place when we come back !

Quartier très vivant et bien situé. Les différents quartiers de la ville sont accessibles à pied et la gare maritime est vraiment proche. Le logement est plutôt calme et le quartier très vivant et authentique. Veuillez cependant noter que pratiquement toutes les rues de Naples sont pavées et que les bagages ne sont pas toujours facile à traîner. Par ailleurs, hôtes sympathiques et très réactifs. Ce fut un beau séjour.

It's a wonderful quiet place with an amazing view. The co-host Alex was very helpful and available whenever we needed his advice. Definitely check out the restaurant down the road! It's an experience!

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig in einer schmalen Gasse oberhalb von Lacco Ameno. Es gibt eine Terrasse und einen Garten. Den Check-In machte der Vater, er wohnt gegenüber und ist ein überaus freundlicher Herr. Vielen Dank für die nette Begrüßung! Das Haus ist freundlich eingerichtet und relativ gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen sind von der sehr harten Sorte. Zum Duschen muss man in die große Badewanne einen Meter tief hinabsteigen. Meine Frau hatte nach einer Operation an der Hüfte damit große Probleme. Vor der Anreise sollte man wissen, dass es keinen Fön und keine großen Handtücher zum Duschen gibt. Insgesamt haben wir uns in Andreinas Haus recht wohl gefühlt und empfehlen es gerne.

Central location in the heart of Naples. As a family of four we enjoyed our stay in this wonderful city with walking distance to many central spots and also shirt distance to train and metro for longer outings. The apartment was exactly as described, we had zero incidents but appreciated the host's attentiveness and proactiveness.

Stefania's instructions made the apartment easy to find, and Stefania welcomed us warmly into her pretty courtyard and showed us up to the apartment. She is a great source of local information and made us feel totally at home, and was always available if we needed anything. The apartment was perfect, with a great view of the port from its own balcony, and had everything we could need to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. The location is excellent - only 5 minutes' walk from the ferry, and less through the quirky old alleyways to the central shopping street, very handy for cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The cats and the tortiose were a bonus! We would happily return. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our 5 days stay in the apartment. The location was perfect to explore the city...also super close to the port to get to Capri, Ischia or Sorrento. Metro station directly in front of the apartment building. The apartment was super spacious, comfortable and clean. Kitchen was very well-equipped. Communication with Erika and her team was smooth as well as the whole check-in and check-out process. We were allowed to store our luggage in the apartment as we had a late flight back home.
