Charlie’s place was absolutely perfect for our family of 8 adults and 3 dogs. A magnificent location right across the road from the calm waters of Geographe Bay and just a 5 minute drive to Busselton. Charlie could not have been more friendly, responsive and helpful - everything from extra dishes for a fancy dinner we were cooking to local recommendations, offering to watch the dogs and immediately responding to requests for a couple of things we asked for. The house is a good size for a large group and we enjoyed board games, cooking together and walks on the beach. Lovely views from upstairs for sunset drinks or a morning cuppa in bed. Had an enjoyable and comfortable stay in a beautiful modern home with all the luxury you could wish for. Big outdoor spa, tennis court and games room filled with heaps of game tables etc.., Heaps of rooms and bathrooms as well as living areas. My dream home and would definitely have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Really enjoyed our time. The beach is a lovely spot and the cafe and store nearby were very handy. The apartment was very well provisioned and so comfortable. Great value for money. The owner was very helpful.

What an amazing house, the view is next level and the location is perfect, walking distance to cafes, restaurants and the centre of town. The house is spotless and equipped with everything you need. Furniture is very comfortable including the beds. It’s the small touches that made this a step above other places we have stayed. Milk, cereal and coffee pods, soft towels, quality shampoo and conditioner + games and books. Communication with Alex was very easy and she was always very quick to respond - our group has already decided to rebook. Highly recommend.

Ailyn's house and it's nearly beachside location provided my family and I with a most enjoyable family holiday. It all exceeded my expectations. The house was spacious and tidy with great features for family comfort and fun. These included a generous-sized verandah offering comfortable seating, a table tennis table and fabulous ocean views. The verandah overlooked a large, prickle-free lawn perfect for children's play. There was a magnificent view of the foreshore and ocean from the upstairs balcony. Our hosts were welcoming and responsive. All in all a 10 out of 10 stay.

Nic was a fantastic host, very helpful. lovely house and surroundings. 5 min walk to beach. house was well equipped with cooking equipment, and kayak. local shop also supplies chips, hotdogs and Burgers. lovely deep powdery sandy beaches. couldn't recommend this stay highly enough. worth every cent.

Great location and house, with three levels providing lots of space and lovely views. The area is quiet and private and close to the beach. Well stocked with essentials, particularly the kitchen. Ash was very helpful and responsive
