Fantastic location across the road from the lake. The house is set out great for extended families/friends with a bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The kitchen is well stocked and items left in the pantry are handy if you forget something, there are also plenty of games and dvd's for the kids, although we didn't use these as the weather was perfect for lake activities. Communication with host is fantastic, Anthony was very responsive. The house could do with a deep clean (window sills, skirtings etc) but we were more than comfortable and would consider staying again. Thank you Anthony.

The house was a perfect place to spend a few days with my four grandchildren while visiting family and enjoying beautiful Lake Eildon. I especially appreciated the secure backyard with a trampoline soccer neck hammocks toys for the kids. It was like coming home. There was space in the living room for the kids to play, jigsaws, cars and colouring in, all whilst I cooking dinner and watching them. The kids said they want to stay there forever … so we’ll definitely be going back

I almost don’t want to give this place 5 stars, just so we can keep it to ourselves!!!! This is the most beautiful home and surroundings you will find in Mansfield. Clean, roomy and has all you need, with private access to the lake, which is absolutely perfect for boats and jetski’s. If you think it can’t get better wait until you meet Nell. She is an amazing host, so thoughtful, great with communication and has all the friendly tips for your drive and stay. We felt right at home here and without a doubt will be back to make many more great memories.

Stayed here multiple times. Mark is a great host and the property is fantastic. Clean, quiet, well appointed and perfect for our family boating holiday, especially when the lake is close to capacity.

The property itself is great and the back garden is absolutely breathtaking especially serene river view. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and relax Very impress with the exceptional cleanliness especially with the cookware, utensils, plates were meticulously maintained which is not always the case with many accomodations even with the luxury ones. We were spoilt with the range of drinks (teas, coffees, hot chocolates) in the kitchen. Another example of the level of care and thoughts from the host Tania was an outstanding host making sure our stay is nothing short of amazing. With that the stay/place deserve 11/10! Grateful to have the opportunity to experience this place

Great place to stay if you love the lake. We had a JetSki that you could moor and leave at the water with a gazebo. Short JetSki to Jews if you needed the shop. Not far to Mansfield for supplies. Lake at 80% so the water pretty high at the time. Extremely clean and great room set up for individual families to have privacy when needed. Great hosts. Thanks for the stay.

The views from the house overlooking the lake are breathtaking, and the property is spacious, stylish and equipped to a very high standard. It was perfect for our 10-day stay - firstly with a couple of friends and ending with our two adult sons and their partners. We took the boat and moored it down by the shore, allowing us daily access to the lake… Enjoying picnics at various inlets and even a swim on one of the days! Kati tended to our every need and went the extra mile by sharing information about Easter and ANZAC weekend activities in the area. We will definitely be staying Up the Top in the future.

We had a great relaxing time with two families. We enjoyed the house and its surroundings. The house was very clean with all ammenities! We appreciate the host who was always very responsive. Would recommend!

This was a beautiful place to stay with my girlfriends to enjoy a quiet few days. So many lovely touches throughout the space. The bath in the decking was heavenly. Thanks for having us.

We had a fabulous time in Nagambie. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. It was decorated beautifully, with the biggest & most comfortable couch I have come across. Located close to the main street & lake, our stay was so much fun.

The house was every bit as described, it felt like a home away from home. Tim was inviting and accepting of pets, most say they are but have massive restrictions in place, Tim allowed us to have our fur family member included in the whole experience. I can not reccomend this accomodation enough.

Shannon was lovely to deal with and a great host. Ideal for two people. The King size bed was so comfy and warm and the location super quiet. Great bath!

A perfect place to have our Easter family getaway - 3 generations … the privacy of the additional kitchen/bathroom was perfect for my older parents. Relaxing, plenty of space , location excellent, the house had everything we needed. I’ll be in touch to stay again - thank you Ebony.

Thank you Glenn and Lisa for our stay, was nice to have met you on our arrival to show us around. Location and views ticked all the boxes as to the home set up and cleanliness. Night time stars and satellites ...the last night stay were storms, that was the best. Had some very hot days, so downstairs was the place to be, very cool with air conditioner. Our pets were managed out the front on leads/ropes or top deck in sight of us. Very central to townships for takeaways or pub meals. For toddlers its vital for them to have shoes or slippers on, as the levels of flooring to tiles is raised slightly causing a few injuries to toes as to the top deck. All in all, it was a fun filled happy family gathering for the 70th birthday. I would recommend Glenn's and Lisa's home. All the best and Thanks again. Kind Regards Christine

We are very happy and impressed with the house and with the host. Steve was very quick to reply to us and was proactive in his assistance. Beautiful clean big house. Kids have loved it. Some noise from the road.

We are already missing the view! Ourselves and another family were looking for a restful, relaxing time - full of serenity- and we certainly got that. Well stocked kitchen with some handy kitchen staples, great bedrooms with really lovely linen and three bathrooms was very handy. The outdoor area was where we spent most of our time though. The undercover area was great for eating and relaxing and we had lots of fun games on the lawn in front. Even though it was a busy road, the house was so quiet and peaceful. We hope the return again because it was perfect for two families - & for that view! Thanks Cherie for being a great host.

We had a large group (9 people) stay for two nights for a local wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing at the house with the peaceful surroundings, spending most of our time on the back deck and backyard area. The addition of the fire pit, bbq, and the kayaks made the place even better. We would not hesitate to return! Absolutely recommend.

This house is simply amazing. The most comfortable house with great mattresses and couches. The mountain surrounding is so beautiful that you can simply sit at the deck or on the couch all day just to admire the view. One of the best we’ve stayed so far! We felt like we’ve walked into a brand new house as you can still smell the new paint/furniture. Love the big dining table and comfy chairs, and the couch of course! Another surprise is the pony at the back of the neighbour’s yard, who came so close to welcome us and quietly be with us. It’s great to say hello and goodbye each day with our new friend. Bruce welcomed us with a bottle of Prosecco and biscuits, which is very nice way to start the stay! Highly recommended to anyone who wants to bring their family a getaway at Warburton!

We’re still dreaming about this Airbnb. THE best location and bring newly renovated it’s just perfect. Highly, highly recommend and we will definitely stay again.

Catherine’s home was just perfect for our stay in Nagambie! It was exactly what we expected. It was in a perfect location and we thoroughly enjoyed the 10 minute walk, along the lake, into town each morning to grab a coffee. There were 7 of us staying there and the house was just the perfect size- plenty of room for us all ! Catherine was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back when we return to the area.

Beautiful, family friendly house in a great location. Loved how walkable everything was (supermarkets, restaurants etc). My family loved the basketball court and how much space we all had. Hosts were very kind and had wonderful communication.

The house is very peaceful and welcoming. It has everything you need for a weekend break. Due to wet weather we were unable to utilise the garden which has multiple seating areas If we are ever in the area again will definitely stay and recommend to friends.
