Designed by the Berlin architects Grüntuch-Ernst, the apartment building was newly opened in 2023 and offers 8 flats of different sizes ranging from 32 to 246 square metres. All apartments are flooded with light thanks to the high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows.
