The property is well-maintained, with beautiful flower plants, mango trees, and a spacious ground for bonfires. The night sky was mesmerizing, filled with countless stars—something you rarely see in the city. The hosts were warm and welcoming, ensuring a comfortable stay. Their homemade food was delicious, and I truly appreciated their openness to feedback and willingness to prepare requested dishes. My family and I enjoyed our stay at Joanna’s bungalow. The locality is green and peaceful. The house is spacious, well lit with lots of thoughtful touches. Joanna, Pallavi and team were super friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to Ismail who dropped us to a restaurant when an auto cancelled on us. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful stay in mangalore.

What stood out during our stay at Blue Oasis farm was family like interaction and personal care by Ms. Helen, Susie, Jason and their lovely children. The overall experience was just great-the drive through Charmady Ghat from Bangalore, the property nestled within the large scenic green beautiful farm full of coconut and areca nut trees, herbs, flowers, and banana plantation. The dip in the Phalguni river that runs through the property was really special. The food with ingredients from the farm was delicious. Jason showed us planets and stars with his telescope. The location itself provides access to temples, waterfalls, treks, and beaches within a 1 - 2hr drive. Susie gave us map locations to these places. We trekked up Karinjeshwara temple (four yugas temple), spent a great time at Padubidri beach near Mangalore, visited the Annapoorneshwari temple just 30 mins away etc. We bought fresh food products, and cosmetics from the hosts. Next trip to cover more. Highly recommend.

Excellent host. Sandeep was very cooperative to any request. We travelled with our pet and it was very comfortable. There is a huge farm behind the house for long walk. Place is very close to Karkala. This place is max 90 min journey to any point you want to travel in Udupi or Mangalore districts. Hence can be used as center point. If you are looking to stay in coastal district a bit away from city, this is the best place. Karkala is just under 40 mins from here. Should you need any help, Sandeep is super helpful and a wonderful host.

Preethi's place is well maintained and spacious enough with multiple balconies and peaceful surroundings. The host was supportive enough and helped us with our commute plans as well. The apartment had all the necessary amenities making it perfect for short and even longer stays.
