Jyoti’s place and location are fantastic for all types of travellers - maybe those who prefer a quiet place nestled away from the buzzing of kathmandu and yet being at walk-in distance from either transportation or 20 minutes walk to Thamel. Jyoti also is a fantastic kind human adding value to the world.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Shristee's place! The apartment was more spacious than I expected, it was clean and well-equipped. The location was perfect, it was close to Jhamsikhel, with plenty of lovely shops and restaurants within walking distance. Communication with Shristee and her mom, Jayanti, was very easy. They were incredibly accommodating, promptly addressing any requests or questions we had. Since we stayed for three weeks, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, providing extra bed sheets, towels, additional kitchen items, and even a small bathtub for my 5-month-old. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. We’d gladly return for another visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Suave’s. He was so helpful with anything we needed. My daughter absolutely loved the apartment and wanted to extend our stay the first day we arrived. The apartment was clean and Suave offered housekeeping serves often. There’s so much within walking distance and we enjoyed the view from the window. The perfect place to watch the different parades that came through throughout our stay. The electricity went out from time to time, but there is a backup generator to keep some things working even if the electricity goes out. Suave even had someone come add another outlet to connect to the backup. I wish we could stay longer.

הדירה הייתה נוחה ויפה מאד. המארחים חשבו על הפרטים הכי קטנים וזה היה ניכר. התקשורת והמענה של המארחים היה מדהים ומועיל, קיבלנו מהם מפה עם המלצות למסעדות, חנויות, סופרים, אטרקציות תרבותיות וכל מה שאפשר לבקש. המטבח היה פונקציונלי לחלוטין ונוח לשימוש. השהייה שלנו הייתה מדהימה, שקטה, נוחה וכיפית! תודה למארחים על הכל, ממליצה בחום על המקום.

Excellent accommodation, weekly cleaning, boiler with water, lots of dishes and kitchen appliances. Excellent, friendly and helpful host: Ami helped me with my luggage, met me and saw me off. I also received some recommendations from him on local restaurants and the market, recommend!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il correspond parfaitement à la description réalisée dans l'annonce. Le personnel était accueillant, souriant et disponible. Le wifi est bon et permet de travailler facilement si besoin. Le ménage fait en milieu de séjour était parfait. Le quartier est globalement calme. Il y a toutefois une salle de réception juste à côté donc il y avait de la musique assez forte quasiment tous les soirs (pleine saison des mariages) mais jamais après 22h. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité (supermarché à 6 minutes à pied, restaurants...) et le centre historique (Durbar square) de Patan est à environ 25/30 minutes à pied.

In such a busy city as Kathmandu, Pratima's place offers peace and quiet in a lovely neighbourhood. And with lovely views as well. The location was perfect for my circumstances, and Pratima was a very responsive and hospitable host.

I love this little gem in Kathmandu - Jason and his family make you feel at home every moment. They were helping me with every single detail during my stay. The place itself is even more beautiful than pictures and the little community around makes a super quiet cozy and homy environment I will be definitely back (and very soon) Thanks!

The unit is great, everything was like in description, beautiful surroundings, peaceful atmosphere, lovely views from rooftop, fully furnished kitchen(at least there were everything i needed), a lot of space for living in comfort, wonderful, responsible housekeeper and host. It is also in walkable distance from Patan Darbar Square and mangal bazar where I liked spending time with a cup of masala tea 😁 l was satisfied with everything so that stayed there almost two months. Romy's home exceeded my expectations. It's situated in the heart of Kathmandu, offering stunning views of the cityscape from the top of the house. The ambiance was truly beautiful, blending traditional Nepali charm with modern comforts. The living spaces were spacious and inviting, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. I particularly enjoyed the peacefulness of the location and the opportunity to soak in the sights and sounds of Kathmandu from the rooftop. It was a perfect retreat within the bustling city. Throughout my stay, Romy's hospitality was exceptional. He not only provided excellent accommodation but also shared valuable insights into local culture.
