Vaso’s house was really outstanding having large salon kitchen bath room and several balkonu that you drink your coffee or soft drinks. She thought every small details. We really liked much and enjoyed our trip

Nevay Hanım rezervasyonu ilk yaptığımız günden beri bize karşı olan ilgi ve alakasını hiç kesmedi. Giriş ve çıkış saatlerimizde sağladığı esneklik ve yola çıktığımız İzmir'den itibaren bize sağladığı yol tarifleri sayesinde eve rahatça ulaştık. Çok uygun fiyata bu kadar güzel bir ambiyansa sahip tarihi rum evinde kalmak bizim için çok büyük bir şanstı. Temizlik ve mutaf malzemelerin hijyeni harikaydı. Ayvalık'ın soğuk bir zamanında tatilimizi yapsakta ısınma koşulları ve sıcak suya ulaşım gayet yeterliydi, hiç üşümedik. Tatlı bir bahçesi olan bu evde sabah kahvemizi içmekten büyük bir zevk aldık. Kendi evinizde gibi hissedeceğiniz, hiçbir ekipman eksiği olmayan; harika dizayna sahip bu evde kalmayı herkese tavsiye ediyoruz. Ayrıca bize evi teslim eden Erkan Bey'in sıcak karşılaması, aracımıza park yeri bulmamıza yardımları için teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar misafirleri olmayı çok isteriz 🥰

Το σπίτι της Νεκταριας ήταν καλύτερο απο ότι το φανταζομασταν. Οικογένεια των 4 βολευτήκαμε πάρα πολύ καλά και νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μάς!Πολύ όμορφη αυλή με ωραίες λεπτομέρειες και μεράκι με εύκολη πρόσβαση με αυτοκίνητο. Τα πάντα ηταν καθαρά και τακτοποιημενα. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μας στο νησί.

We had a wonderful holiday in this house by the sea and in a large garden. The house is very clean and very useful, the environment created by the olive trees is very pleasant. A unique option for those who aim for a peaceful and quiet holiday. It is great to be able to enter the sea right in front of the house. We would like to thank Vana and Nicolas for their complete hospitality and help.

We had the perfect Greek island holiday, with a well-appointed house, less than a minute's walk to a really quiet part of the beach, where our own sunbeds were set out. No more than 5 minute's walk to the local shop and nearest restaurants. We had all we needed to relax and enjoy our stay! Markus and Nikola were so warm and friendly and Regina greeted us on arrival to show us around the house even though we were over an hour late due to a delayed flight. Inside the house was not just super clean but also really stylish, with cool contemporary polished concrete and reclaimed stone and wood as well as super huge sofas and cushions. Our top favourite was the polished concrete staircase! The house is in a quiet part of Petra, among by other houses which look out to the beach. Would highly recommend. Air conditioning is super efficient in the downstairs rooms; the upstairs kitchen and living room is warmer but manageable with the fans provided. There are always cool rooms to relax in.

Huzurlu sessiz bir mahallede, son derece guleryuzlu, misafirperver ve yardimsever komsularla, her türlü konforu barındıran bu evde gecirdigimiz 5 gunu unutmayacagiz. Umarım tekrar bulusmak mumkun olur. Evsahibimiz Gülay hanıma cok cok tesekkur ediyoruz. Ayvalık'a ilk gelisimizdi ancak son olmayacağı kesin.

Ev çok güzel. Gezilecek yerlere çok yakın. Yürüyerek tüm Ayvalık‘ı gezebilirsiniz. Şahane restore edilmiş bir rum evi. Çocuklu aileler için çok elverişli. Tek problemi evin biraz yukarıda ve eve ulaşmak için sokakların dar olması. Ama yukarıda olmasının avantajı da deniz manzarasın olması. Eğer Rum evinde kalmak istiyorsanız aşağı yukarı tüm Rum evleri bu şekilde. Nurullah beye teşekkür ederiz. Bir daha gelirsem kesinlikle tekrardan burada kalacağım.

Well… how can one start … I had the best time and experience staying in Antonaras & Dimitris’ house. Dimitris met me when I came with the taxi at midnight and showed me inside, and was always (always!) available for me and my needs. I found myself extending stay 4 times and I enjoyed the stay to the outmost extent. I felt at home, it was perfect for me and my usage. I had a motorcycle so going down and up in the village was super easy. Dimitris treated me like his son and was super attentive to me whenever I needed him. I will definitely come back to stay with Antonaras and Dimitris.

Το συγκεκριμένο σπίτι είναι πολύ άνετο για οικογένειες,για όσους έχουν μικρό παιδί διαθέτει και παρκοκρεβατο,πολύ προσεγμένο και καθαρό η κουζίνα έχει τα πάντα και η τουαλέτα πεντακάθαρη και κάτι βασικό και θα το καταλάβετε για τη Μυτιλήνη είναι ότι βρίσκαμε πάντα να παρκάρουμε το αυτοκίνητο.Η κυρία Νίκη και ο κύριος Παναγιώτης είναι διατεθειμένοι ανά πάσα στιγμή να σας βοηθήσουν σε ότι χρειαστείτε.

Despina is wonderful host and warm people. She is very friendly and helpful to us. She helped us to find a car to rent which is very difficult in Mitilini. She is a wonderful person and I recommend everyone to go Mitilini stay there. The house is also very nice and cleans. It has a wonderful view and it is easy to access, very close to city center. Before we arrive, the house is cleaned and organized. To finalize, Despina is wonderful person and the house is also very nice.

Hi Michael I could imagine that the slow internet will turn many people off. Qe, fortunately, had unlimited Vodafone data and only because of this could do the work we needed t do.

Ev konum olarak molivosun göbeğinde diyebilirim, resurantlar ve bir çok beache yürüme mesafesinde aracımızı civar köylere gitmek dışında şehir içinde hiç kullanmadık. Evin hemen altında bujiteriler var alışveriş yapilabilicek manzarasıda çok güzeldi. Ev cok temizdi ve kullanışlıydı, tek sorun balkonun tek odaya ait olması olabilir. İkram olarak şişe sarap ve minik bi rakı vardı 2 adette sabun bu çok hoşumuza gitti çok ince bi dusunce :) 4 yetiskin 1 cocuk olarak konakladık ve çok yeterliydi, her şey icin cok tesekkurler. Yeniden gelsek yeniden kalacagimiz bir ev ♥️

ailecek çok güzel, temiz ve çok donanımlı bir evde konakladık.. ulasim merkeze yakınlığı ve yürüyüş yapma imkanı çok güzeldi.. sakin ve ailecek hiç düşünmeden tekrar gidilebilinecek bir yer..ev sahibi her konuda yardımci oldu... tekrar giymeyi dusunuyoruz

Denize yakın, rahat ve sakin bir bölgede olan güzel bir ev. Merkeze de 10-15dk mesafede rahatça gidiliyor. Ev sahibiyle de iletişim konusunda bir problem yaşamadık. Böylece oldukça güzel bir tatil geçirdik.

Konaklama deneyimimiz harikaydı! Ev son derece temizdi ve havası çok güzeldi. Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve misafirperverdi, her detayı düşünmüş ve bizim rahat etmemiz için ellerinden geleni yapmışlar. Kendimizi gerçekten evimizde gibi hissettik. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz!

Wonderful stay for my family. Deniz speaks English perfectly, provided tons of recommendations, and walked us through the house to show us all the amenities. The house is stunning, clean, and spacious. The house is right on the water and the water is crystal clear and swimmable. There is also an outside shower. The property is also pet friendly! A wonderful retreat from busy Istanbul. Highly recommend.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Ev sahibi çok iyi ağırladı ayrıca evin enerjisi de mükemmeldi. Bir daha ki sefere Cunda adasına gittiğimizde konaklama derdimiz yok. :)

Evin konumu ve imkanları çok güzel. Her yer tertemizdi. Ev sahibinin ikramları ve misafirperverliği çok güzeldi. Her sorumuza en hızlı şekilde cevap verdiler. Her şeyi en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş bir evdi. Midilli’ye gidersen tekrar aynı evde kalmak isterim.

Kesinlikle doğa ile iç içe, harika bir ev, kendinize ait girebileceğiniz bir deniz, sessiz sakin tam dinlenmelik ve keyif yapmalık yer. Arabasız gelenler için biraz zor olabilir ulaşım dışında her şey çok güzel
