Thank you for the wonderful stay in your beautiful mountain home overlooking the sea! it was so quiet at night that I could hear my own heart beating. Thank you for being flexible with my booking when my transportation changed suddenly. That was very kind of you. This mountain house is located just down the road from the little town of Azzano. Azzano is an adorable little village with a great family restaurant called Michelangelo’s. There are countless hikes in and around Azzano, and a fantastic hike to a magical spot on the river with a natural waterslide in the stone cliff. Thank you again for the best stay ever!

Eine tolle Unterkunft auf der Spitze eines Hügels in einem malerischen Ort. Das Haus mit Grundstück war für uns ideal, Innen etwas dunkel. Viel Platz und toll war auch die Waschmaschine und der Holzpelletsofen für frische Abende. Von hier aus eine Stunde zu den Cinque Terre und eine halbe Stunde zum Outlet. Bei kleinen Problemen haben wir sofort Hilfe erhalten.

We loved our stay! The apartment was perfect for what we needed. Alba & Morgan left a wonderful welcome treat for us and made it so easy to check in. The house was exactly as described and had everything we need. We loved that the house had two balconies. The three bedroom areas worked great for us (two bedrooms and a nice bed in a common area). The location was great. We misread the instructions on how to get there and went the wrong way (be sure to go *through* the tunnel, not past the tunnel). We hiked from Monterosso to Vernazza, visited all five towns, and loved our time in Cinque Terre.

we loved our stay at Claudio's wonderful place. So beautiful, so pristine, a beautiful environment, a real paradise and very comfortable. We could rest and enjoy the beautiful walk straight from the house. Walk towards Mulazzo and find the riverside... so beautiful

Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche, in absoluter Ruhe mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön - es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und bietet Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt. Leider konnten wir ihn nur 2x nutzen, aufgrund der Wetterlage. Die Aussicht vom Poolbereich ist traumhaft, Abschalten und Genießen. In der Nähe gibt es gute Restaurants, eine Empfehlung lag in der Wohnung aus. Die Entfernung zum Meer/Städten ist trotz der ruhigen Lage gut.

Two extra plusses that stood out were the stunning rooftop balcony and very efficient aircon in every room. But be prepared if you are less fit the stair in Corniglia are a challenge! The apartment has everything you could want - old Italian charm

Fabio was a wonderful host! He met us at the train station in the evening after 8pm which was extremely helpful and kind and walked us the apartment which is only 3 minutes from the train station! He showed us places to go for breakfast and where to get groceries on our walk to the apartment and explained everything extremely thoroughly. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our stay. We said we wished we could have stayed longer! Fabio was extremely clear in instructions and very accommodating, he even heard our plans and gave us personalized advice for our stay and the length we had to be able to have the best experience in La Spezia. It was a lovely stay, we highly recommend this apartment and Fabio as a host!!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Elias et Egle. La maison est en hauteur avec une superbe vue, dont nous avons pu profiter depuis les 2 terrasses. Elias et Egle ont eu la gentillesse de venir nous chercher à Arcola lors de notre arrivée afin de nous montrer le chemin jusqu’à la maison. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement !

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare nell’appartamento di Paola. Siamo stati trattati con gentilezza e disponibilità. Abbiamo apprezzato il modo di fare di Paola che ci ha fatto sentire a casa nostra. La pulizia dell’abitazione era impeccabile. La vista mare è un punto di forza. Avevamo a disposizione un giardino con tavolini e sedie per rilassarsi. Possiamo dire che in futuro prenderemo in considerazione di tornarci perché è raro trovare una location così bella e un trattamento impeccabile. Grazie ancora a Paola per aver reso questo soggiorno meraviglioso.

Beautiful flat in a great location! Short walk from the train, which was easy even with our luggage. Served as a great jumping off point for exploring all of Cinque Terre. Really appreciated the detailed instructions for checking in and the recommendations for nearby restaurants and groceries. Would highly recommend to my friends and family. Thank you Fabrizio!

Monia picked us up at the train station, gave us rides into town, and took us to a spot where we could easily hike down to Riomaggiore. Her recommendations were all excellent, and she was always available if we had needed anything. Definitely five stars.

We had a wonderful stay at Irma’s apartment. She was very communicative and answered all of my questions right away. The location of the apartment is very convenient and the train station is only a few minutes walk. Very clean and spacious. Free parking is available about a 7 minutes walk from the apartment. I would note there are stairs up to the apartment, if mobility is an issue. We had a great time and I highly recommend Irma’s apartment.

Nous étions 3 en famille, Mauro nous attendait, ponctuel et sympathique. Il a prit le temps de nous recevoir dans son appartement sous les toits. Les fenêtres donnent sur la Mer. Le garage est très pratique et tout se fait à pieds, en bateau, en bus ou en train … Mauro nous a conseillé efficacement sur les bonnes adresses de Camogli. Hôte à recommander un sans fautes. Hier ist die finale Version der Bewertung: --- Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer, den wir jeden Tag genossen haben, besonders bei den traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen. Der Pool war schön und sehr gepflegt, perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Umgebung war ruhig und friedlich, was uns wirklich zur Erholung verholfen hat. Besonders haben uns auch die Olivenbäume auf dem Grundstück gefallen, die dem Ganzen einen besonderen Charme verliehen haben. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen für alle, die eine ruhige Auszeit mit fantastischen Annehmlichkeiten suchen!

Wir waren eine Woche bei Paolo und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Für eine Gruppe ist das Haus perfekt, die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet und der Garten und Pool sind wunderschön. Paolo ist ein sehr sehr netter Host und war immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen in der toskanischen Landschaft, von wo man einen wundervollen Ausblick über die Landschaft hat. Die Kommunikation fand auf Englisch mit dem Sohn von Gianluca mittels Textnachrichten statt. Er hat immer sofort geantwortet auf Fragen und Belange. Vor Ort zur Übergabe ist Gianluca dagewesen. Ein Assistent für technische Angelegenheiten und Wartung der Anlage wohnt nicht weit entfernt und ist daher schnell erreichbar. Die Kommunikation ist daher sehr gut abgelaufen! Das Grundstück mit Pool, Aussicht und allem was in der Beschreibung enthalten ist, hat uns alles geboten, um unsere Woche dort entspannt auf dem Gelände zu verbringen. Definitiv also zu empfehlen. Wir erwägen eindeutig wieder zu kommen!

We had a great time in Giampis house. Beautiful garden with a nice swimming pool, and we especially liked the kitchen outside in the upper house, which we could use also when it was raining. Great surroundings, great view, walking distance to shops and good restaurants in the small, peaceful town La Gracie and 15 min walks to the more touristic, but beautiful Portovenere. A great base for tours in Cinque Terre, with ferry from Portovenere or bus into La Spezia and train from there. We came without car, no problem at all to get around. Giampaolo is very friendly and helpful and gave us good advices where to eat and to do our shopping, and how to get around. We will absolutely recommend Giampaolos place, either for a relaxing or for a sportive vacation, or even better, both!

Diletta was a great host. We sometimes had a bit of difficulty understanding the translated instructions from Italian to English. But she was always responding instantly with any questions we had. We loved her place! The most wonderful ambience, with fantastic views, and a very energetic climb up many stairs to arrive at a beautiful apartment.

Alberto est très accueillant, à notre service, présent et discret. La maison est magnifique, dans un petit village de montagne, sur les hauteurs avec vue sur la mer et les petits villages perchés. 4 terrasses sont à notre disposition en fonction de l'ensoleillement. L'interieur de la maison est très chaleureux et très confort. A recommander.

Matteo’s Airbnb was great. It had everything our family needed to be comfortable for the week. The view is unbelievable and the walk to town is was a beautiful 15/20 min stroll. Matteo was always quick to reply if I had any questions. He is a great host. The outdoor space is also top notch it was wonderful to wake up to some coffee and the view. We definitely will be coming back to stay here. Thanks for having us !!!

Well - what a tremendous and charming villa plus superb location. Our two families really loved our week with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their chosen activity: top pool and loungers, hip bar, lots of games available, pizza oven and bbq proved a success, lush mountain views at the breakfast table and shady and fragrant lunches underneath a arbor of jasmine. Loris our caretaker was very hands on, responsive, helpful and made the best tiramisu! We were very sad to leave! Would recommend: a trip to see the marble quarries, Pietrasanta and the Cinqueterra - all within 50minutes drive of the Licciana Nardi. Famille Hickeys and Chiaruccis.
