We had great time, everything was like expected.

We were delighted with Ammi's place! It was well-appointed, was cozy warm in January, with extremely comfortable furniture and beds. Loved the kitchen - we used it as a gathering spot several times during our short stay. The natural light in this house is fabulous. We were delighted to discover that the friends we were there to see in Wiscasset used to live at the Airbnb - it was their first house when they moved here! Ammi also brought us a bountiful basket of the most delicious blueberry muffins and provided a nice history of the home (the feminine mason member who originally lived there incorporated some interesting mason symbols in the property). Ammi was welcoming but not intrusive in any way. The home is beautiful and Ammi is terrific! (I also added quite a few books to my Goodreads list based on her collection!)

We stayed here several years ago and liked it a lot. We liked it even more this time! The improvements were awesome and the space was perfect for our family. Colleen was a great host and very responsive when we have any questions or concerns.

The cottage was absolutely beautiful, extremely clean and had great views overlooking the water. The fridge was well-stocked with breakfast foods that we were able to prepare for ourselves throughout the weekend, and the kitchen had all the utensils and items we needed for cooking. This was a perfect place to getaway too for a quiet weekend in Boothbay. Sadly, the hot tub broke just before our arrival and we weren't able to use it, however, Ryan was extremely communicative about the situation and when it wasn't able to be repaired in time for our stay, he was quick to work with me on a partial refund. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Lovely and peaceful! I loved the quiet time to myself for these two nights and this was the perfect place for it.

Last minute arrangement for a family visit in the area… was fortunate to find a room in this incredible home. Exceptional accommodations – extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean room with all the amenities (and more) that anyone could ask. Hosts encourage use of entire home, which is superbly and thoughtfully furnished and very relaxing! Oh, and can’t forget the scrumptious crepes and coffee each morning. All topped off by welcoming and caring hosts Ralph and Elena. I am so appreciative!! Will definitely return!

Cozy place, great find for a quick overnight work trip for a couple coworkers. Bedrooms aren't right next to each other so we both felt like we had our own space. Cute location with plenty of off street parking.

Nice place and very roomy!

The feeling of being on this beautiful estate is amazing. We felt like the Duke and Dutchess of Bristol. The grounds are beautifully manicured and invite strolls through the orchard, down scenic walking paths, and down to the large pond for a swim or glorious paddle on the provided canoes and kayaks. Timothy is thoroughly delightful, warm and charming. It felt like we were staying on the estate of a treasured old friend. We look forward to returning again and again.

We enjoyed staying with Trudy and Michael! Very responsive to all my questions/requests. It was a unique experience in the treehouse that met all of our needs! We looked forward to the homemade muffins and fresh fruit every morning! Easy walk to the footbridge and all the attractions/restaurants/shops. Definitely recommend to those looking for a quiet place that is close to the harbor!

We were 2 couples staying for a week. Rooms were spacious and had several comfortable lounging areas. The bedding was clean and looked like new. Ralph is a fantastic cook and had homemade breakfast items most mornings. I highly recommend!!

The house is wonderful and Rick and Linda are great hosts. We really enjoyed the breakfast and Linda's homemade blueberry muffins. Her wonderful artwork and Rick's fabulous woodwork and home made furniture adorns the house. We enjoyed Rick showing us his furniture making shop. The lake is nearby and it's great to take a walk there. Everything is wonderful at their home.

A great spot for a relaxing and peaceful weekend on the Maine coast. Jane and Rachel are very welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. The house has a nice old time charm with beautiful landscaping and a pond. It’s about half a mile drive to Fort Popham. Closest beach is not really walkable though as most of the lands are private. Popham beach is public and it’s about one mile away. The drive down from Bath is beautiful with views of large marsh areas. Overall it’s a nice experience.

Very accommodating host, especially for a single night stay. Great breakfast and plenty to do within and outside the home!

A Cozy, Welcoming Retreat in Midcoastal Maine! I just spent two nights at Clary Lake Bed and Breakfast. It was a wonderful experience. Rick and Linda, the owners, are celebrating their 20th year of running this charming B&B, and their passion for hospitality truly shines. The breakfasts were simply fantastic—delicious, homemade, and clearly prepared with care. Each morning started off with a warm, comforting meal that left me feeling ready for the day ahead. Worth about twenty dollars for a couple estimated. The location is perfect if you're looking for a peaceful retreat in the heart of Maine. The setting is serene, and Rick and Linda's local knowledge really helped me discover the hidden gems in the area. It’s also clear that families—especially grandparents with their grandchildren—find Clary Lake B&B to be a wonderful place to make lasting memories. I can see why, as the atmosphere is both welcoming and homey.

The cottage was a perfect place for a weekend getaway! The space had everything we needed and was very clean. The jacuzzi worked great and was very relaxing. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains and our hosts were very responsive. Easy drive to Augusta/Gardiner. Peaceful and quiet. A lovely spot!

Stonehouse is a wonderful place to stay. The house and property are gorgeous! The furnishings are comfortable and include some beautiful antiques. We especially enjoyed our 3- course breakfasts on the veranda overlooking the lake.
