Kitchenette has microwave, full sink, toaster oven, hot plate, crock pot, fridge, coffee maker, dishes, and ample counter space/cabinets, and gas grill (NO STOVE). Property is in a quiet neighborhood on Little River, with kayak launch at the community dock. It's a quiet neighborhood in East Boothbay but near everything the Boothbay Region has to offer!

Comfy bed, a table for two looking out at the big maple treetop (with a few hints of the ocean beyond), kitchenette has a bar sink, fridge for your leftovers/bevys, and a microwave to heat them up! It’s on the 3rd floor, with exterior stairs, LOTS of steps and quite high up- so not for those scared of heights. Very clean, bright space.
