This unit is stocked and Its a short walk to the marina and boat launch with picnic benches and places to fish. Bring your kayak or boat and sail away! Take a deep breathe and view the abundance of stars. There is a hiking trail, tennis courts and basketball court in this guard -gated neighborhood. Very little traffic in this area! Restaurants are in town and a winery about 15 minutes away.

It boasts bay windows and nice views. Next door to old Huntsville High School that has been converted into Sam Houston University Museum. Close to SHSU and everything it has to offer. I’ll say hello as you have your morning coffee on the patio 😊 Loki, my friendly dog will greet you at the gate. Interactive community vibes are my favorite, but I love my private time too.
