In the capital of the island with all the city's choices available for you on walking range, but also away enough from the crowded city center with the traffic jam. Plenty of parking space in the area even on high season and easy access to ring road to avoid city traffic when going to the beach or an excursion.

The boutique villa Sensi close to Lepeda beach, (20 meters walk), outside Lixouri (2 km away) is opening in July 2023. Sensi is a gorgeous villa of 180 sqm in two levels communicated with indoors and outdoors stairs. It is set in an olive grove (hence its logo) in a estate of 23.000 sqm with direct access to the beach!
