Farm Cottage for a escape to the country

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

Just 5 miles from the market town of Carmarthen and the town of Llandeilo and a short drive to many spectacular beaches of Gower and Pembrokeshire. The town of Laugharne, Dylan Thomas’s birthplace with estuary and castle is well worth a visit.

The nearest beach, Pembrey country park and Ffos Las racecourse are 10 minutes drive. Gower, the Brecon Beacons and Tenby are all within a 30-45 minutes drive and make popular day trips.

Large self contained annexe house with beautiful countryside views. Two large ensuite bedrooms. Large cosy lounge, kitchen/diner. Downstairs w.c. Parking on main drive. Use of barbecue. Situated in a pretty village with post office and shop at bottom of hill and two excellent pub/restaurants a 5 min walk away. One being the oldest pub in wales distilling it’s own beers, gins, vodkas. Also a large beer garden. Carmarthen is a 10 min drive.

Glamping Pod with beautiful rural views

A double bed, en suite bathroom with shower and a kitchen area equipped with fridge, hobs, toaster and microwave. Pod is located in a field on a working farm, where animals can be seen from the comfort of your bed. No tv as the peacefulness of the towy valley is enough. The river cothi runs through the field and offers beautiful walks. Portable DVD player and a selection of dvds available. Wood fired hot tub. Tea, coffee and milk provided.
