The apartment offers breath taking sea views of Llanelli beach, Loughor estuary and across to the Gower. Cosy spacious flat is ideal as a base to explore West Wales. The block is undergoing external renovation works from April to December 2026. The views are partially obstructed and the balcony is not in use hence the reduced price. Only 5 minutes drive from Llanelli beach & 6.4 miles from the beautiful coastal town of Burry Port. Nearby attractions are Pembrey Country Park, Llanelli Wetland Centre, Kidwelly Castle & The Mumbles on the Gower Peninsula, which is an area of outstanding natural beauty. Trostre Retail Park is close by hosting many high street shops & restaurants.

There is wi-fi, Sky TV and a cosy dining room with a log burner for the colder days (logs provided). It’s close to the beach at Pembrey & the attractions of the Carmarthenshire countryside. The cottage is welcoming for couples, friends, solo adventurers, business travellers, & families.

Relaxing location - Lower Cresswell is a Georgian farm set in 36 acres of beautiful pastures, and ancient woodland, and home to Herdwick sheep, Pet pigs, goats, alpacas, chickens and waterfowl, with views stretching over the Carmarthenshire countryside. Our guests choose to stay because it is small friendly campsite and for the quiet environment. WE DO NOT allow amplified music at anytime and all guests need to be quiet after 10pm Check in from 15:00 -19:00. Checkout by 11:00
