Surrounded by nature, with a private pool and close to the sea, it is perfect for families and their pets. La casa tiene solo 2 apartamentos y es ideal para huéspedes que buscan tranquilidad, privacidad y descanso. No es adecuada para grupos ruidosos ni fiestas. Se debe respetar el silencio, especialmente por la noche, ya que todos los huéspedes esperan un ambiente tranquilo. Máximo 1 niño. Vivo en la propiedad con mis dos pequeños perros malteses. Durante su estancia solo utilizo el jardín para tareas de mantenimiento y siempre estoy disponible para ayudar con recomendaciones y consejos locales.

Outside is a private, completely fenced garden, with large covered terrace, barbecue and 8x4m heated pool. Pool heating is charged 70 euro/week (water temperature depends on the outside temperature). The house is located in small and quiet village Valtura, a quite peaceful place, few minutes drive from Pula.
