Dear Richard and Jennifer; As you know, My wife, Erica and I did not stay in the unit, but my sister Nedra and her husband, Curt Roberts did stay. They enjoyed it very much and will be back, probably in the Fall of 2024. The only thing they noticed is that safety bars (Grab Bars) should be added to the shower/bath. We are all old and these are must-have items in our homes. Personally, I want to thank you for your cooperation and assistance. You made it all so pleasant and wonderful! Had to book last minute due to cancelation at another room and Crystal was great help.

Very cute decor and loved the farmhouse theme. I knew this was a loft, but did not expect a staircase with 21 steep steps. There is a back exit to the back alley, but you cannot enter this way. The steps were hard for my Mom, but once we figured out the back exit much easier as she only had 10 steps to go up. Would stay again

Love love love the location of her place. Was in town for the weekend for my son's basketball tournament & it was literally 5 minutes away(played at multiple locations). She left a binder with great recommendations on places to eat & things to do & i thought that was very thoughtful. Beds slept very comfortably & the view was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay. It was as described and very convenient to JSU. The bar noise was noticeable only at closing to us, the host provided ear plugs if preferred to potentially being woken up. We had no problems with parking and the unit was very clean and homey with a lighted tree in living room for the holiday. Would stay again, thank you!

This beautiful apartment is a hidden gem in the heart of the historic Downtown area of Talladega! Sunny and Rusty have truly captured the soul of this home in every detail. The entire space is ample for relaxing including a formal parlor that has a fairy tale library feel that you never want to leave. The den has a comfortable sleeper sofa and TV for gathering to watch an evening movie. The space continues with a full, well appointed kitchen with numerous luxury touches throughout. The owners have crafted a true "at home" feel with every detail. The hall bath has a huge claw foot tub for soaking that further draws you into that time period of days gone by. The Master Bedroom is located off of the den area with more fairy tale feels such as the draped bed with luxurious linens, an extremely comfortable mattress, and a beautiful en suite. This home is not another Interstate stopover, but a true experience. The church bells from across the street are, well heavenly. Highly recommend!!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! The pictures do not do it justice. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, in a safe neighborhood, not far from town but not in the middle of the hustle/bustle, close to the interstate, and perfectly located between Birmingham and Talladega. Wendy was responsive and flexible when our flight was delayed by multiple hours, and we weren’t able to arrive until the wee hours of the morning. She even left the lights on outside so we could see to get in and had water/snacks there for us. Check-in was a breeze, and check out requests were reasonable. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Micah is always an amazing host. He always goes beyond just being an Air BnB host to make sure everything is taken care of. He even gave info on getting some properties as well. While in Alabama launching many different business endeavors, it's so nice to always have a place to stay and a good host while there!
