We had a fabulous week staying in this wonderful property. It’s located near to some of the most beautiful coves and beaches there are in Kefalonia. The village is friendly and a local shop is a few minutes walk away. The actual property is fantastic. It’s beautiful, spacious, clean and homely. There is lots of sociable space to hang out in. Comfortable bedrooms. Clean everywhere and multiple spaces to eat outside and enjoy the forest and sea views. Maria’s communication was excellent. Very clear and very helpful. She was super responsive to any queries and a fantastic host. We would highly recommend this property.

Difficile trovare persone così gentili, Sofia ci ha accolto da subito nonostante avessimo cambiato l' ora di arrivo all' ultimo, ci ha fatto trovare drink e bibite di benvenuto e ci ha dato da subito molte informazioni su come muoverci nella zona. Ci ha prestato ombrellone da spiaggia quando ha saputo che andavamo in una spiaggia in cui c'è ne sarebbe stato bisogno e una mattina ci addirittura portato 2 fette di torta appena sfornata. Per quanto riguarda l' alloggio, fantastico! Tutto super pulito e il giardino era fresco e molto comodo per godersi il panorama e i tramonti che offriva la zona. Consigliatissimo!

Nous avons adoré notre semaine chez Emmanouella. La maison etait encore plus belle que sur les photos. Les arbres fruitiers et le petit jardins nous a comblé. La vue etait magnifique et notre bébé a aimé jouer avec les nombreux jouet sur place. La cuisine est tres bien équipé. Nous avons été 2 mois en Grece et c’est vraiment une des maisons que nous avons préférées. Nous nous y sentions comme a la maison.

Communication with the host and check in went very fine. The house is big on a beautiful location. It has two terraces, both really nice and inside you got everything you need. There is a bit noise coming from the road, apart from that all was fine.

I have stayed in many houses and met many hosts. But I can confidently say that Petros and Maria are best hosts I have ever met! Continuously trying to help their guests, all requests and questions are responded with a big smile, understanding, empathy and compassion. The moment we stepped inside the house they made us feel like we are part of their family. The house is based inside an olive tree farm and the land is shared with 3 more houses. There are lovely animals around, dogs and cats… We just loved it! Every time you come home you’ll have Malou (the cutest dog I’ve ever seen) cheering your arrival! The internet in the island is a bit slow but there is nothing that can be done. Petros even brought another router to help us! It is related with the island. I miss the farm already!

Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage in diesem geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichteten Haus. Eckhard und Sybille sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Nicht nur haben sie uns mit bestücktem Kühlschrank und hilfreichen Tipps in Empfang genommen, sondern haben auch für unsere Kinder alles speziell hergerichtet. Während des Aufenthaltes waren sie immer zu erreichen und für alle Fragen offen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und wirklich super gut ausgestattet. Das hatten wir auf diese Weise selten in einem AirBnB. Der Pool und der Blick aufs Meer sind unbezahlbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wonderful and peaceful place. It was clean and tidy. Zicos was very kind to us, leaving some welcoming fruit and helping with tips for beaches, villages and the necessary hot-spots to enjoy Ithaki. Sunrises and sunsets in the terrace looking at Cefalonia were overwhelming and made us stay at the place more than we thought. We’ll repeat for sure.

Die Insel Kefalonia ist schon eine Reise wert. Unser Aufenthalt bei Lambros machte den Urlaub zu einem perfekten Reiseerlebnis. Die eigentliche und brillante Gastgeberin vor Ort ist Maria, die Mutter von Lambros. Sie wohnt nebenan und empfängt und begleitet die Gäste über den gesamten Zeitraum des Aufenthaltes mit großer Herzlichkeit. Sie verwöhnte uns mit Kuchen und Marmelade und versorgte uns mit frischer Wäsche und hilfreichen Tips. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die große Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer ist das Herzstück der Unterkunft. Im oberen Geschoß sind zwei kleine Schlafzimmer mit nicht ganz so bequemen Federkernmatratzen. Das Haus ist gut mit dem (Miet) Auto erreichbar und der Ort Farsa, verkehrsgünstig unweit von Argostoli gelegen, ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Zusammgefaßt, eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft die es Wert ist, ein weiteres Mal besucht zu werden. Der Abschied ist uns wirklich schwer gefallen. Danke Maria für deine Warmherzigkeit❤️!

Beautiful Villa! A group of us stayed here with 2 small children. The cleaner came twice during our 10 days, the fridge was stocked with some things when we arrived, beds made, everything clean & tidy. It was a lovely stay! Definitely need a car though, there is 2 restaurants within a 10 minutes walk, however one was always shut when we went to go. We ended up driving into the town every evening for dinner :)

This is the only Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in more than once, which should say everything! Just the perfect spot, with a great pool, BBQ, nearby almost private beach and a short walk into Poros. We hope to be back again in the future!

An amazing Villa with amazing views. The inside was beautiful and well equipped like staying in a 5 star hotel. Also in walking distance to a beautiful swim spot and Windmill restaurant. Sitting in the pool watching the sun go down each night made our trip.

Afgelopen oktober hebben wij vier nachten verbleven in Eagle nest. De host Marina is heel vriendelijk en begroette ons hartelijk bij aankomst, waarna ze ons alle voorzieningen uitlegde en gelijk tips gaf voor heerlijke restaurantjes. De ochtend erna had zij zelfs voor ons een ontbijtje geregeld! De locatie is prachtig bovenop een berg met uitzicht op de zee/kust. Richting het strand is het ongeveer 10-15 minuten lopen. Vanaf het strand terug de berg op is prima te doen. Er zitten heerlijke restaurantjes in de buurt zoals Lisa’s Grill. De accommodatie is zoals op de foto’s en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij vonden de bedden iets gedateerd, maar sliepen prima. Concluderend hebben wij een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Marina en zouden zeker nog een keer terugkomen!

Lovely setting and apartment .Very clean and comfortable. We loved having the pool. The host was so friendly, responsive and helpful. We could walk to a very nice local restaurant and Sami was a 5 minute drive away with lots of great restaurants.We are definitely planning to go back.

Ein wunderschönes Haus. Alles war sehr liebevoll vorbereitet für uns als Familie . Es gab Frühstück, Kaffee, Obst, Gemüse, Käse, Marmelade. Der Pool ist einzigartig und das Herzstück des Hauses. Die Küche perfekt ausgestattet und beide Schlafräume groß genug für drei Kinder und 2 Erwachsene. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die wunderschöne Dachterrasse. Sie bietet einen unbeschreiblichen Blick auf das Meer. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für den tollen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Prachtige villa in het noorden van Zakynthos, geheel privé gelegen aan een klein weggetje omhoog vanaf het adembenemende strand van Makris Gialos Beach. Weg van het massatoerisme, met zicht op de zee, een villa die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Met ook nog eens een heerlijk zwembad. De communicatie en verzorging door de hosts was uitzonderlijk goed en zeer snel en behulpzaam. Het noorden van Zakynthos is wat ons betreft ook het mooiste deel, iets ruiger, bergachtiger en ongerepter dan andere delen van het eiland. Met ook nog eens heerlijke restaurantjes, na elke bocht met onze huurauto weer een ander verbluffend uitzicht en veel van de mooiste strandjes op korte afstand. Elke avond was het echt ‘thuiskomen’ bij het huis. Met nog een plons in het zwembad, zicht op de zee met een opkomende maan, het geluid van de uilen en een stille nachtrust. En dan met de ochtendzon weer ontwaken! Een topweek! Dank aan Francesco en zijn team!

Wow! This villa is beautiful and perfect for our family of 8. Ben and Claire couldn't help us enough and responded to us quickly if needed. We were lucky enough to stay for 10 days, half of which were spent chilling at the villa, playing in the pool and using the amazing facilities . Although a rental car is helpful getting around the island, there is a lot of lovely restaurants, bars and beaches a short drive away. We explored around the island, including Fiskardo and Antisamos, which are breathtaking. Thank you for having us, we'd be back in1 a heart beat!

All I can say is wow! What a wonderful stay and introduction to Argostoli. Not only were Adriani, Clotilde and Nonna wonderful hosts, the house itself and surrounding neighborhood is amazing. It's about a 2-3 block walk to the water where you can see boats and cruise ships. If you go left there is a stunning walk to the light house or if you go right, stroll right into town along the water and peak into the shops and restaurants. The house itself is beautifully decorated and the attention to detail - incredible - and a stunning garden. You have all the amenities you need. A great little grocery is at the corner. Close to the public pool is a Yoga/pilates studio and nail salon I'd recommend. Getting into the main square is an easy walk for all the cafes and restaurants. Adriani was incredibly responsive and helpful. Clotilde and Nonna went out of their way to make me feel at home. The place was immaculately clean and even had some treats and coffee in the kitchen!

This was our first stay in Ithaka, having previously visited on day trips from Kefalonia. We chose Vathy because of its convenience; many tavernas bars and shopping facilities, and a great base exploring the whole island. Henry's house is one of only a few in Vathy with a pool, but it is also only 5 or 10 minutes drive from several delightful coves and beaches. Being right in the centre of Vathy you feel like part of the community, but the house and gardens are also quite private. In October there is an endless supply of lemons from the garden 🍹. The villa is charming and welcoming. Henry is a very welcoming, responsive, and attentive host.

We had an amazing stay at Akis & Eleni's property. It was presented exactly as it was in the pictures and perfect for our family vacation. It's a private property, so very peaceful, with an amazing pool, outside area and sun loungers. Just a very short walk out the back of the garden and you are on a lovely (very unique) beach. There is a great beach bar if you turn left, and a short walk around (through the water) some rocky outcrops (or via some steps to avoid the water), a larger selection of beachside bars and restaurants, and water activities. You'll need a car for the supermarket and exploring the rest of the island, but it was the perfect bolthole for us for a week. Akis & Eleni were excellent hosts, and very easy to contact to provide you with the peace of mind you need on a family trip. Would highly recommend this to one family or two!

Eva e George, sono due persone splendide! Sono stati molto gentili a farci fare il check-in e check out fuori orario, ci hanno fatto trovare nel frigo anche una bottiglia di acqua e vino al nostro arrivo 😊! La casa è molto bella, i mobili sono stati messi nuovi rispetto alle foto (molto belli), avevamo lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, come del resto lo era la casa. La posizione secondo me è perfetta, centrale, vicino a moltissime spiagge ma molto tranquillo. Spazio esterno ottimo per i bambini, per cenare fuori e parcheggio privato! Alloggio super consigliato!!! Grazie di tutto Eva e George!

Nagyon jó döntés volt ezt a szállást választani! A város szélén található, így csendes, de pár perc alatt elérhetőek a boltok, éttermek, központ és a strand is! :) Bármikor kérhetünk segítséget és nagyon barátságosak és kedvesek a házigazdák! :)

En veldig fin og hyggelig leilighet med balkong som gir både skygge og sol. Sengene var veldig komfortable. I gangavstand til sentrum/gågate (10 min ca). kort vei til supermarkeder (2 min). air conditioning fungerte bra i både soverom og stue! Veldig fornøyd og anbefaler Dimitris leilighet for opphold i Argostoli!

We loved our stay at the cottage. The silence is almost deafening only interrupted by nature & the sounds of goat bells. The cottage is well equipped with everything you need & more spacious than it appears in the photos. You definitely need a car for this location. Tasos is an excellent host, very quick to respond to any questions we had & extremely helpful. I would highly recommend him as a host at any of his properties.
