We had a great stay. Senesa's home is clean, had plenty of room for the two of us and she answered any questions we had. It was a very comfortable stay in a great neighborhood and not far from Old Town or the mountains.

Exactly what we needed to visit family in Loveland! Very clean instructions to get inside. Felt very private even though it was someone’s home. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Did not lack in supplies/toiletries.

Wonderful views and a great spot to getaway from the city. We will be back!!

I stayed at Allison’s BnB for one month and had a very pleasant stay! The space was well stocked with everything I needed, it was very clean, and there was plenty of space to keep my things. The instructions to find the house and suite were extremely clear and easy to follow. Allison was very kind and responsive and made sure I had everything I needed while also giving me complete privacy. I will add that the dogs seemed friendly but would bark quite a bit as I would enter and leave the basement/BnB, but they were often kept on the other side of the house, and the space was usually quiet other than that. All in all, my stay went well and I would recommend this BnB if you don’t mind dogs and carrying belongings up/down a few stairs! I enjoyed my time there.

Beautiful stay door had issues at check-in but Jessica was very responsive even with the late hour we arrived. Was sad that the wine fridge was unavailable as I had hoped to have more space for drinks but made it work and it was a wonderful stay. Being a basement apartment I thought there would be more noise but they wasn’t much while we were home in the evenings and mornings. I would stay here again!

Enjoyed my stay. Great location with fun things to do. The list of restaurants and shops was helpful. The suite was lovely and comfortable. Drew and Chelsea were great hosts!

We felt right at home. We had a few pleasant conversations with Mary and Vern. Our schedule did not allow use of the back acreage but it was beautiful. We will definitely stay there again as we travel to Loveland several times a year. One note the WIFI did not work in the bedroom but did work in the main room.

This is a beautiful little basement addition to the owner's main home. It was stocked with everything we needed, including microwave, dishwasher, W/D, two bedrooms, lots of cups, plates, utensils, etc. They have optimized every single square inch of space in this cute little area. The place was also spotless and sanitized when we arrived. The owners were very friendly and responsive to all our needs.

We drove from Virginia to Ft. Collins to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter who is working on her doctorate at CSU. This was only a couple of blocks away from her house. Becky and Ryan were very friendly and super responsive. It felt just like home. If we came back we’d stay again.

We stayed at Ryan's place for two nights. It was the perfect space. Very private and clean. There were lots of little extras that were very nice. We would stay here again if in the area and would recommend to others! Thanks for sharing your space!

We had an amazing stay at Erin and Tims place! Everything was very clean and very easy to find! We met both Erin and Tim, they were very gracious and friendly hosts. We pulled up at the same time as Tim and their daughter and the interaction was very warm and welcoming! He said "mi casa es su casa" which rang true when we needed some batteries for a tv remote! You may encounter Erin and the dogs when you hang out on the patio, she was so friendly and gave us multiple recommendations for scenic walks to the falls and kayaking as well as a beautiful drive around Horsetooth Reservoir! If you hang out on the patio, chances are you will see lots of wildlife! Would definitely visit again!

wonderful little place!! we loved the place so much and chris was amazing at making sure we had everything we needed and responded quickly when we needed him! the upstairs neighbors were also really nice and helpful!

Loved staying at this little place! Exactly what we were looking for! Super clean and cozy. Truly loved the decor and she had absolutely thought of everything a guest could need. The style of the home embodies how the feel of an authentic Estes Park stay should be! Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and cute little nook for the hot tub. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but literally 4 mins away from anything you may need! Very responsive host if we had a question. Would stay here again!!

Alyssa's home was a perfect place! It was a very clean, comfortable and quiet. There was plenty of room, everything worked well, it was very well stocked and I was totally comfortable there. It was great to have coffee and filters already there! Alyssa was a fantastic host and an excellent communicator. I really liked the keyless self entry - super convenient. The layout of the home was very efficient, and the parking was right by the entry. At night, automatic lights made it easy to find your way, even when your hands were full. I could have been very comfortable staying there for a long time! Bob

Greatly organized and very clean house. The only 2 bed 2 bath in the area with great deal. Also a very safe neighborhood.

Doreen is an excellent host - she has carefully thought of all things to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable - her guest suite is extremely clean and comfortable and outfitted with great amenities . We highly recommend staying with her.

The apartment was spacious and very nicely appointed. We had everything we needed at our fingertips. The host left us a gift card for a great local coffee shop -a 10 minute walk down Pearl Street. The apartment is in a basement but has window-well type windows so it gets tons of natural light. If you are a super light sleeper, as my husband is, you may hear some footsteps above you because the owners live on the floor above. But I am an average sleeper and did not hear anything. I especially appreciated the décor and stylish finishing of the converted basement- there were all kinds of architectural upgrades and furnishings that made the place feel very upscale. The beds were large and very comfortable and they provided a futon that could be used as an additional bed (which my son took advantage of). We really enjoyed our stay. Parking is on the street about 100 yards away and access to the unit is down a flight of stairs so mobility issues may need to be considered. We will be back!

Very cool place with great places for coffee and food in walking distance. Seth was great at communicating and helpful with check in and out.

We enjoyed our stay near Brighton. Felt like a home away from home after we got settled in. We took full advantage of the full kitchen during our stay as well as the washer and dryer. Great amenities to have! Convenient parking right outside the door is a great perk. Will definitely look to stay here again when we're in the area.

Place was quiet and clean. Worked out well.
