Beautiful home just a few minutes walk from beach! We loved the low key vibe of the neighborhood while still being close to Seaside and other areas. The house was clean and elegant and had everything we needed for the beach, cooking, etc., and the owner was very responsive to questions. We loved this house for our family beach week and will definitely book again!

Shelbi's place was perfect for our family of 5 for our week in PCB. Literally not even a 5 min walk to the beach, and less than 2 mins if you utilize the golf cart, which is so thoughtful and convenient because this is a golf cart community. The neighborhood is so peaceful. There was a amazing donut shop the next block over that we walked or golf carted to every morning(the regular food is pretty great as well). The house had everything you needed , the beach towels and the outside shower were both perfect touches. The kitchen was perfectly thought out and equipped with anything you could need, and for anything else there are several stores very nearby. The hot tub was great after a long beach day, and the balconies were great for relaxing and people watching. The house was just simply amazing and exceeded our expectations.

This AirBnb was totally amazing everything was just like it was described Todd is a Great host . I would recommend this to my other Family/ Friends . The home was very neat and clean very close to the beach.

The house and location was great! Having the pool, basketball court and hot tub was a huge plus with all our children. The host was super friendly and helpful when contacted regarding a few situations! Would highly recommend staying here or with this host!

Would stay here again and again. My family and I enjoyed every bit of the home and the community. The house is in an excellent location far from the hustle and bustle of the city and only a few blocks away from the beach. We had awesome restaurants and shops walking distance as well, and the golf cart was the best part of it all. The home was clean better than the pictures and the amenities were awesome. We enjoyed our evenings, playing board games and completing puzzles. During the day, we enjoyed the beach, the grill and the beautiful front porch. FIVE stars all the way !

This Home is beautiful and spacious . The pictures don't do it justice. We will definitely reserve this home in future visits . Can't say enough about this beautiful place and its location. One week just wasn't enough time , hope to get it for 2 weeks next time.. Robin is a wonderful host that quickly responds if you need anything .

WE had an amazing stay. Sally was quick to answer our text. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed and more. I loved that every age had plenty to do and enjoy. By far the best rental for family vacation we have ever booked. Hostess thought of everything you could need and added touches like games for all ages, outdoor seating, pool floats, etc. Thank you for opening your home for families like ours to enjoy. we'll be back!

The house was beautiful and clean. The hosts were very responsive and gave great instructions to get us settled in the Seacrest community. The location was great - close to the shops, the tram, and within a few minutes' walk or bike ride to both Rosemary and Alys. Only minor downside was the noise in the morning as the community was getting ready for the day (dumpster pick up being the loudest). Our kids slept right through it, though, so it was worth it to us to be so close to everything else. Thank you for a great stay!

I could not say enough about the place! It is exactly as described and more. Did not realize we were getting the amenities that came with this resort, so that was a huge bonus! It was super clean and I am picky! Beds are comfortable! Beach is super close and you can call a tram to transport you anywhere on the resort property. We loved that! Basketball and tennis literally right beside us. Lagoon pool is close but the pool right around the corner is less busy and relaxing. The communication was great, fast responses. We will be coming back and have already looked at other properties they own to see what else they have to offer bc we know we will get exactly what is described.

Beautiful place! Tonya was very easy to work with. I forgot some items when I left and she mailed them back to me at no charge! You don’t find this kind of hospitality very often!

The villas are nice and quiet and have their own little pool if you want stay close and float! Loved that we could pack our beach and pool stuff and the parking pass gets you in to the main amenities!

Richards place was very nice and very accommodating, having all the supplies needed for a great picnic and beach day with the kids. Chairs, Toys, Safety Vest and Boards for Pool & Beach. Very convenient and in a nice part of the beach for family. Will definitely try to book again if available for our next vacation! Thank you Richard for a great stay!

Perfect place ! Exactly what I expected from the listing and photos. Perfect for a quiet getaway with you significant other or as a family. Has everything you need in the condo. And anything you would like to do within walking distance. Felt very safe on and around the property. Security always present at the gated entrance. Very responsive hosts who communicate everything I need to know before I had to even ask. Highly recommended place !
