The guest house has a spacious bedroom and ensuite, a comfortable lounge with kitchen and laundry facilities. Garaged parking available for guests. Close to many different attractions and amenities including the beautiful Plenty Gorge and Plenty River trail. Greensborough train station and Plaza are a short 5 minute drive away with RMIT and La Trobe Universities both within cycling distance.

Private Studio Room in Greensborough

We have a simple and private studio room (with separate entrance) nestled on the side of our home that we do not use, so we decided to make use of the space and give it an opportunity! There is plenty of parking on the road, or if you prefer, there are quieter side streets nearby. Unfortunately, we do not have parking on our property for guests. Pets are welcome for an additional fee (please indicate in your booking). Pets will have access to an enclosed courtyard to keep them safe and secure.

Surrounded by nature this self-contained apartment is 30 minutes by train from Macleod station to the city. Visit local cafes in Macleod village or enjoy a stroll through beautiful Rosanna parklands. Macleod station is a ten minute walk and Latrobe university and Heidelberg medical precinct minutes away. Bright, light and airy and featuring French doors leading onto a courtyard. Nestled next to the main house with separate entrance, courtyard and parking. Not suitable for infants or children.

Stay in our beautiful B&G Cole designed home nestled in the Artisan Hills boutique wine region. We are located in the Research/Eltham/Warrandyte area on the Melbourne urban fringe. You will enjoy totally private and tranquil accommodation with large lounge/entertainment room, bathroom and gourmet kitchen. Outside patio with seating and breathtaking bush views will delight. Extensive wildlife all around and only 26km to Melbourne. Montsalvat, Yarra Valley and St Andrews Market are nearby.

Stay in amongst Eltham Bush.

This bed sit looks out two large windows/doors, onto beautiful bush and a creek bordered by huge manna gums. The main house's back garden surrounds the unit which is full of light and beauty. There is a queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, a bathroom and a small kitchen area with a microwave, jug, toaster, sandwich maker and bar fridge and a small couch with a large TV. There is also a small desk for work. It is cleaned under AirB&B procedures ; a beautiful space, with a private entrance.

Located in Montmorency a little hideaway. Nestled close to the main strip of shops everything is close by. The station is a 4 minute walk away and three local cafes along the way. On the Hurstbridge line you can get to Flinder Street in 45 minutes. A fully stocked kitchen with all the equipment you would need and if you don't feel like cooking there are many restaurants nearby you can dine in or takeaway. The bedroom has a double bed, ample storage, side table and light.

Duck'n Hill Cottage (& EV charge station)

Built by eccentric artists in the 80's this quaint little mudbrick sits in the heart of the Yarra Valley surrounded by wineries, stunning gardens and views. Recently renovated for comfort with concrete flooring, new A/C, hot water system, renovated bathroom and numerous outdoor spaces. The kitchenette includes a coffee machine, kettle & facilities, air fryer, toaster, egg steamer, utensils, bar fridge & microwave. The perfect romantic getaway surrounded by nature.

Warralyn

The flat/apartment is self contained and is separated from our house by a double brick and insulated wall. It has a private courtyard with table and chairs. My place is close to Bus routes to city and shops. Restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, pubs, supermarket. Bush walking trails, Yarra river, great views. You’ll love my place because of the location. My place is good for couples.
