We had a wonderful time with 2 teens and 2 pre-teens. There was plenty of activities to keep them MOSTLY off of their devices. Beautiful house, incredible private land. Small snafu w the water line (city had a main water line break) but Caroline was immediately responsive and helpful!! Would definitely come back again. Thanks for sharing your oasis with our family.

the house is expansive for large parties to accommodate everyone. the decor is cute & eclectic! huge fenced in yard for fur babies and in a safe neighborhood. the bed & bedding was comfortable. this house has everything you would need. I will definitely be back!

This was such a fun stay! Beautiful pool fountain, scenic, & very clean. Lots of little special touches throughout the house made it so perfect!

Lisa always goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. If you need anything she right there to get it. Everything is neat and clean and ready to welcome you. Can't wait for our next trip there.

Love the whole area. Quiet and very restful. Appreciated extra effort Lee went to provide charcoal BBQ pit for us to use. Loved watchjn g the local bird, animals, and horses. Always love eating at Clear Springs Restaurant

Visiting my daughter at SFA for the weekend and had the most amazing visit knowing I was able to lay my head at Gay’s place. She was super friendly and quick to respond. The home was so cozy, clean and peaceful. Will definitely be coming back for any future visits. Thanks again!

This has now took #1 on the list of Airbnb my family and I have visited! The space was so clean and cozy! The waterfront view was breathtaking! It was a wonderful stay and I would recommend it to ANYONE looking for a wonderful stay on Sam Rayburn!

Lovely place to stay and the host is so thoughtful!

Only problem we had was that the bbq pit was gas and the tank was empty and also locked to where we couldnt change it.

This place is truly a hidden gem!!! Our family is transitioning to Texas and the space had EVERYTHING we needed to feel at home. So many small touches and considerations made this place feel like home!!!

We loved staying at the cottage! It was one of the nicest Airbnbs we've seen. The property was really beautiful. The cottage was even nicer than in the pictures. We had a great comfortable stay at Ann’s place. The house was well equipped and bedrooms were comfortable. Ann was quick to respond to our questions and she was very flexible. The house was near several shops, stores, and restaurants. It’s a great place to stay when visiting the SFA campus.

Very nice home in a small community near the lake. The neighborhood is quiet. The one neighbor that we met was very friendly. It was convenient to a nearby boat ramp and perfect for a weekend fishing trip.

This was such a cute old house to stay in. Looked just like your grandmas cottage. Beds were comfortable. Everything was squeaky clean!!

Place was clean and had lots of things that came in handy. She saved the day i found a hand mixer i needed to make a dish for a get together. It also was much bigger than anticipated, which was a plus. House stayed nice and cool as well. We will stay there again!

This location is awesome and is a great location to relax, fish, or whatever. Beautiful and worth the money with an amazing history that interacts quickly and efficiently and is very friendly!
