A blissful retreat, with absolutely stunning views. The Bothy is cozy and well kitted out, and the hosts are incredibly thoughtful.

What a fantastic place. You instantly felt like home from the moment you walked in, really clean and had everything you needed to cook meals from scratch in the kitchen. Great location if you don’t want to drive, everything is a couple minutes walk from the house - can easily walk to the beach or the shops without driving. Bonus for us, there was an EV charger that Sue remote controlled so we could just plug in and top the car up. Would love to stay again, not sure we’ll ever get weather this good again though.

I cannot begin to describe how lovely our stay was. Tristan is the most amazing host we have ever had at an AirBnb. He was responsive to questions, helpful, caring, and just so sweet. He even helped us back our giant rental van into the garage when we arrived. We had a perfect welcome basket upon our arrival and staples left for us in the fridge, so we had everything we needed for a delicious breakfast the next day. The house itself is even nicer than pictures show. It’s beautiful, modern, and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and having three full bathrooms and an additional half bathroom was amazing, especially for a party of 6 people. The location was perfect, the ocean views were gorgeous, and the home was so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. Any time we visit Lyme Regis in the future, we will always stay here!

The place was clean and peaceful, and the host provded clear instructions for access. We were able to walk into Braunton and the host provided some great recommendations for food. We had a lovely stay.

Just back from a wonderful few days staying in Sea Breeze. The house is just as described, better in fact. Spotlessly clean with a lot of thought and care into what is provided. Fantastic location and outlook. Sofa and beds were so comfy. Nathalie and Huw are lovely and extremely quick to respond and even popped over to say “hello”. If ever we are in Mumbles again we definitely wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. You couldn’t want for anything more.

Beautiful stay! Very close to the beach and lovely restaurants. Helen provided some great recommendations, we tried 4 restaurants she suggested and they were all great. The flat was spacious, had a beautiful view and good amenities. While staying we also took a drive to Woolacombe, Instow, Clovelly and a boat trip to Lundy which were all very much enjoyed. Thank you.

Such a stunning and peaceful location right above the waters edge. The best views and location of any air bnb we've ever stayed in. Light, airy and spacious accommodation, beautiful bedding and pristine kitchen and bathrooms with everything thought of. Paul and Bekki could not have been more thoughtful or kinder- thank you. Don't hesitate to book- a truly memorable place, in this lovely part of the world. The Tunnels beaches, cliff walking, beach at Coombe Martin and funicular at Lynton/ Lynmouth were particular highlights. We loved watching the birds and porpoises in the bay. Thank you

Perfect location, central and by the park. On a busy rod but you can’t hear it from inside, it’s a quiet, cosy and calming space. We all had a great sleep, beds very comfortable. Mark was very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay at Dan’s place. It’s a great location, very central but also in a quiet neighbourhood. Communication with Dan was great and it was very easy to check in. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who is staying in Exeter 🙂

Really nice apartment to stay in if you’re visiting Minehead or surrounding areas. Clean tidy apartment with amazing views of the sea. Felt at home, very comfortable. The apartment was well equipped with everything needed for the stay. It’s located in the perfect spot right next to the beach and it’s so peaceful! Absolutely beautiful apartment. Ideally situated within 5 minute walking distance to shops/beach front. Views from the apartment were spectacular, I don't think you could beat them anywhere else in Woolacombe. Lovely clean and comfortable space. We will definitely be returning!

The accommodation is in a superb location for exploring Lyme Regis, whether you are looking for the beach, cafés or a micro-brewery. Everything was perfectly clean and comfortable - I would definitely recommend 1 The Gables to others. Thank you!

We stayed here for a wedding at Tunnels Beaches which was less than a 5 minute walk away so ideal location! Kirsten was very friendly and was easy to contact - replies were instant. The property was lovely and had all amenities you needed. There were lots of thoughtful little touches like toiletries you may have forgotten and dog towels should you bring a four legged friend! It can be a little hard to find the property, as it’s tucked in, but Kirsten provided clear instructions which I would follow over the sat nav. A wonderful couple of days - thanks again.

Beautiful apartment in a great location with amazing sea views. Situated on a quiet road in walking distance to Lyme Regis. The apartment was very clean and well equiped for an enjoyable stay. Melanie was an excellent host and loved the added touch of a welcoming box of biscuits. Would come back again for sure.

Kevin is a great host and his place is lovely, well facilitated and in extremely convenient location. The surroundings provide all you need whether it’s a good restaurant, shopping or market visit. Kevin is very helpful and accommodating to allow us to have an early check in, which are very helpful for us to settle in right away. He is friendly, helpful, proactive and thoughtful in the provisions in the house, the kitchen and the bathroom. It’s one of the best Airbnb I have stayed in.
