Great stay! No disturbance and very peaceful. Sanjana, the house help, was too kind and helpful.

Had a wonderful stay at Conan’s. Conan is an extremely friendly and welcoming host. He went above and beyond in his hospitality and was always extremely responsive. The space is great value for the money spent, and is located in a great neighborhood. Would definitely come back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others in the future.

The place is really beautiful and cozy, amazing sunset views that you’ll not get tired of. Felt homely and nice. Husain and his staff were very cooperative and made sure the stay was nice, Which even made us extend our stay. 😄

Wonderful location and a very ‘feel-at-home’ experience. Kimaya was very proactive in her instructions to find the property and check in, and constantly checked with us if we had all we needed. The house help was also very swift and effective in her daily routine that hardly disrupted our stay. Extremely conveniently located close to the airport and Juhu beach, including a 5 minute walk to Prithvi theatre/cafe. There are a lot of stores for everyday essentials within a few minutes walking distance from the property. A wholesome stay with no regrets.

Host Vicky is responsive and flexible check in timings helps me a lot. Also , kudos to Sunita Aunty , the caretaker for maintaining the aprtment spotless clean and being so courteous and helpful in explaining all the amenities in the apartment to make the stay peaceful and hassle free. I had a wonderful stay in unaiza apartment.I came for my mothers treatment in TMH which was close to hospital,and I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional hosting. The Unaiza was very proactive and helpful throughout my stay, making sure that I had everything I needed. The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment.I am looking forward to book again and experience the same level of quality and service.

I was so glad to find Nani ka Ghar because it doesn’t get better than this. The price point, the location, comfort, cleanliness and the overall vibe of the place. It’s a flat with a beautiful hall and extended dining room which is maintained very well. I liked my room the best. It also came with a balcony (a luxury in Bombay) The room is extremely cosy and quaint. Comes with a personal AC and the most comfortable bed. It also has a staircase within which leads to a loft area which is another room. The bathroom is shared with the guest residing in this room. I think the thing that stood out for me the most is the safety. Staying in a house full of women, it almost builds a community and you feel safe entering the building at all hours. I would highly recommend the room I stayed in as it’s a real steal especially for the experience I enjoyed.

Ashok's house was amazing! The house looked like as the photos. To be honest even better! I really liked the tiny decorations everywhere in the house. Everything was really clean and the atmosphere was total friendly! Ashok as a host is super as well! He responded as fast as he could and was always friendly. I totally recommend his home for those who would like to explore the side cities of Mumbai.

Vinay's place was clean, organized and had pretty much everything you could possibly need. The two master bedrooms were massive, by Bombay standards. The third room was a little cramped, but perfect for someone would be staying alone. If you like cats, there are a lot of cats on the road in front of his house.

Great place, very cozy, has all the amenities you'll need. You'll feel right at home. Overall good value for money.

I had the opportunity to stay at Sibu's accommodation for 5 days during my trip in India. Sibu made extra sure that I had no issues checking in despite my late arrival from the airport. Additionally, whenever I had any doubts about the stay, Sibu would immediately be available to help sort out my concerns. Whether it was working remotely or relaxing at home, I was incredibly comfortable with my stay and the hospitality provided. Overall, highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Henrietta's place. The apartment is right off Carter road with wonderful eateries and a beautiful view. The place is well-furnished with all the necessities one might require during the stay. Henrietta and Captain Vaz were gracious host and were very responsive with all our needs. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Bombay.

No words, it's just THE BEST! Highly recommended. Piyush ji, his wife, and Dhruv are among the best hosts I've met so far. The house is incredibly well-maintained, making it feel just like home. I had an amazing 4-day stay and wished to extend it, but they had a pooja planned, so I had to leave. I'll definitely be back!

Great location for our purposes. Lots of space for our family get together - 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is a rare find in Mumbai. The host is very proactive and responsive and the services of the caretaker Babli were much appreciated. The TV, sound system and WiFi were great! The building is on a busy road, so expect small amount of traffic noise. The apartment is in an older building - it does pose some accessibility issues but there is an elevator once you get into the building.
