Πολύ όμορφος και καθαρός χώρος, καλύτερος από τις φωτογραφίες. Βρίσκεται πάνω στην παραλία, σε μια πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή που απέχει περίπου 10 λεπτά από την πόλη του Βόλου με πολύ καλό δρόμο. Ο Μάνος εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει.

Ο κ. Στέργιος ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και ευδιάθετος, πάντα πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει. Το σπίτι ήταν φανταστικό και πεντακάθαρο. Περάσαμε φανταστικά και ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία

The house is for sure more beautiful than shown in pictures. Cleanness is above 5 stars. Supplied with all facilities to make your stay memorable (full kitchen & bath equipment). Central heating well working, fire place too. Outdoor BBQ facilities also. Bed linen & towels soft & clean. Centrally located , nearby (walking distance) to village square ,restaurants, cafes markets, but also with the necessary privacy. Plenty space of parking. Fantastic view upto the Aegean sea. Although we stayed around Epiphany holiday (winter season) and the house and area atmosphere was marvelous Christmas-New year decorated, I believe that house will be fine for summer period as well, since plenty fantastic beaches are around the village (10-15 minutes driving far away). Cost reasonable for the accommodation quality that offers. If you want to feel like your home but in a magnificent place, this is the right place.

Everything was perfect. The flat is absolutely luke the pictures, you have everything needed and also a free car parking. I liked the place really much. For sure, I definitely recommend it.

The location of the house is fantastic, there is a beautiful sea view with easy accessibility at the beach. There are a lot of restaurants and coffee shops near the house. We felt like home, very nice and cozy decoration, comfortable bed and sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and we had all the amenities for a pleasure accommodation. We will definitely recommend that place and also Theodora is very helpful, friendly and responsible host. Thank very much for everything, hope to see you again

Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man das Zentrum zu Fuß erreichen möchte. Volos ist sowieso eine Stadt, wo man fast alles gut zu Fuß gut erreichen kann. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr schnell, sehr freundlich und falls wir in der Gegend wieder da sind, würde ich gerne die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Είναι ένα από τα ομορφότερα σπίτια που έχουμε μείνει πότε. Τόσο όμορφο που θέλαμε να μείνουμε στο σπίτι και να μην εξερευνήσουμε το νησί :-). Είναι καινούριο, πεντακάθαρο, ευρύχωρο, πανέμορφα διακοσμημένο, εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις, με κλιματιστικό και τηλεόραση σε κάθε δωμάτιο του σπιτιού, με τεράστιο ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ εντός του οικοπέδου, σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία που μπορείς να έχεις πρόσβαση σε όλο το νησί, δίπλα στις Κουκουναριές και κοντά σε πολλά εστιατόρια και υποδομές. Επιπλέον, η Χρυσούλα είναι ένας πολύ ζεστός και καλόκαρδος άνθρωπος που ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και ευγενική. Θα χαρούμε πάρα πολύ να ξαναπάμε και το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα για μια υπέροχη εμπειρία και διαμονή στην Σκιάθο.

הדירה מקסימה. מרווחת ,מאובזרת מצויין ועם נוף נפלא למפרץ וולוס. במרחק הליכה נמצאות מסעדות, בתי קפה, סופר מרקטים ועוד. נהנינו מאד מהשהות במקום. שימו לב שאם אתם מגיעים עם רכב יש צורך לחנות בחניון בתשלום של כ 10 יורו ליום. הבעלים של הדירה, אנטוניו, נתן מענה מהיר לכל צרכינו. נהנינו מאד מהשהייה בדירה ומוולוס

Ήμαστε δύο ζευγάρια με τρία συνολικά παιδιά. Η διαμονή μας ήταν άψογη. Οι ιδιοκτήτες φιλικοί, εξυπηρετικοί και μας πρόσφεραν πολλά δωράκια υποδοχής! Η τοποθεσία ήσυχη και δροσερή. Το σπίτι πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο εσωτερικά και εξωτερικά, με όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές! Πολύ ωραία αυλή με πάρκινγκ για 2 αυτοκίνητα. Σίγουρα θα πήγαινα ξανά! Σας ευχαριστούμε!

This is a lovely, well equipped house in a great location - beautiful beaches are only a short drive away (get there early if you want a sun bed) and there are plenty of good places to eat in the village. We especially loved the vegetable garden!

Der Strand nie überfüllt (Juli), der Nachbarstrand mit den Wildzeltern noch ursprünglicher und lädt zum Nacktbaden ein, hat sogar seit kurzem ein verstecktes Cafe. Der Pilion durch die Mischwälder und Quellen schön zu erwandern und nicht zu heiß.

Marina's house is captivating. Sparkling clean, modern and tasteful and very homey. Marina should get 1st prize for the best outfitted kitchen in Airbnb history - there is every appliance and utensil, that you could want and we cooked major meals and also barbequed (great local grocery store close by has everything). There are plenty of cupboards in the bedrooms, absolutely pristine bedding and extra pillows. But the star of the show is the view. You can't grasp the depth and magic of the verdant valley that spreads below the terrace and runs all the way to the sea. We passed many hours on that terrace, just bathing our eyes and souls in the beauty of this place, letting our ears rest with a silence I have never experienced. There is a feeling here that no photograph can capture. If you are looking for peace for your soul, look no further. A place to return to for sure.

This is a family beach house, back yard takes you straight on the beach of Kalifteri, just next to Costa Kali beach bar (which has great coctails and comfort food, good music and kids -age 0-10 -all over). The house is big and has all comforts that a holiday house can have...We were 8 and could still have private space within the house when needed! The sea is clear blue, no waves and as the sun sets the view is great (mosquitos are annoying but with repellents you will be fine). Mr Giorgos was staying in a seperate house within the property, very discrete and kind man, there to give tips and smiles! Higly recommented place!

Το σπίτι είναι πολύ όμορφο, καθαρό και περιποιημένο. Ο ατμοσφαιρικός φωτισμός δημιουργεί μια ευχάριστη αίσθηση, αν και θα ήταν χρήσιμο να υπάρχει λίγο πιο έντονος φωτισμός στο σαλόνι, ειδικά για όσους θέλουν να μαγειρέψουν. Η περιοχή είναι πολύ ήσυχη και ασφαλής, ενώ σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν μεγάλα σούπερ μάρκετ, κάτι που μας εξυπηρέτησε ιδιαίτερα. Αν θα μπορούσα να προτείνω κάτι, θα ήταν η προσθήκη παντοφλών μιας χρήσης στο διαμέρισμα για μεγαλύτερη άνεση. Η επικοινωνία με την Εκατερίνα ήταν άψογη και το self check-in μας διευκόλυνε πολύ στην άφιξή μας. Ευχαριστούμε θερμά!

I felt in love with this place immediately, house so big and spacious. Of you are wake up early you can catch beautiful sunrise. You feel so private, if you want to relax from big city and people this place is exactly what you need. Want it to say big thank you to Alex. He is a dream host. Show us around and point at all interesting places near by, also is nice touch from them local olive oil left for us at the kitchen. Over all 10 out of 10!!!

Alexander’s property is really special. The garden is enchanting, the view of the bay is stunning, the little private beach is priceless and the terrace is a perfect spot for shady lunches and for enjoying the bats flitting about at dusk. The properties are indeed a little tired but this is a family-owned group of buildings, clearly loved and enjoyed and cared for. It feels like staying at one’s own Greek holiday home which is charming. Alexander and other family members who help manage the property were really helpful, friendly and responsive which we appreciated. They have sea kayaks and a giant paddle board which we were allowed to use so were able to access hard to reach beaches and explore a little lagoon not too far away. This is a busy island with a lot of public beaches; this holiday home offered a haven of peace and a quiet place to access the sea and sunbathe. There are sometimes people swimming past because the snorkelling is so good. We would happily return!

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία σε ένα όμορφο χώρο πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο!

Πρόκειται για ένα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο δυάρι με μπαλκόνι με θέα τη θάλασσα, δεύτερου ορόφου δύο βήματα από την παραλία. Το σπίτι δεν είναι πολύ μεγάλο, αλλά είναι επαρκές για ένα ζευγάρι με ένα μωρό ή παιδί. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με τα πάντα. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική για όσους ψάχνουν χαλαρές διακοπές με εύκολη πρόσβαση στη θάλασσα. Προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα.

Το σπιτι ήταν υπέροχο!!πολύ μοντέρνο κ πάρα πολύ καθαρό!ήταν στολισμένο για Χριστούγεννα κ η βασιλικη ήταν πολύ φιλόξενη κ εξυπηρετική σε ότι χρειάστηκαμε!!

Wonderful experience. We came for a wedding and the stay was easy and relaxing during our time. This was also a perfect spot to get around the city.

Het verblijf ligt zeer centraal in het centrum van Volos. Bij binnenkomst voelden wij ons meteen welkom, het huis was voor ons voorverwarmd en super netjes. Het bed lag heerlijk, de keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en buiten konden we genieten van het terras. We zijn zeer blij met deze keuzen en komen zeker terug als wij weer in Volos zijn. Bedankt!
