Family of 7 with 4 young children one of which has additional needs. It was a beautiful property where we could all relax. Plenty of space and had everything we needed. The gas bottle to the BBQ ran out and they replaced this with a new one immediately. Wonderful property & we would love to return again!

Beautiful service from Best Of Magnetic, stunning property in a magic location. Private, romantic and practical. Furniture needs an update and the back patio was covered in green ants which might be just part of the charm but all in all a really wonderful weekend spent in Essence.

A very enjoyable stay and Steve's super fast and friendly responsiveness made the stay very comfortable. The apartment is brilliantly located and ticked all the boxes for walking along the strand, going out for a feed and immersing in the Townsville lifestyle. Thanks Steve, see you again real soon.

Everything we wanted for a relaxing week away! Well appointed kitchen, as well as walking distance to great restaurants, cafe and bar. Beach on doorstep, ample parking, bus at 20 paces! Hope to return soon!Thank you!!

This Home is truely a home away from home. From the outside the home really gives you a beach hoilday. The house is old at heart with a modern touch. This is how i would explain this home . Then you enter the home with such a open, yet cosy feeling. Bed rooms are perfect size and space for the amount of bed provided. My kids were very empressed with the automatic blinds. Access to kayaks was amazing and being 3 houses down from the snokel hire was even more convenient. Further down the street is the local pub and swimming nets, convenient store. Honestly the location is perfect. Close to everthing. The beach is right across the road which is amazing watching the sunrise from front porch. Overall worth the stay.

Such a fabulous place to stay. Great location and the houses amenities provide you with everything you might need. The view from the deck is breathtaking. Can’t wait to return.

This lovely home was very comfortable, clean and in a convenient spot located close to Townsville city and the Strand. The pool was certainly the highlight with children, it provided hours of fun! Matthew was so very helpful, attentive and accommodated us for an early check-in. We will certainly organise to stay at this home again. We loved it!!

Gorgeous private property walking distance from horseshoe bay, private pool and excellent outdoor space great for larger groups - sleeping space for 8 adults. Good amenities provided including outdoor bbq. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay with Gay and Brendon!! They were both extremely friendly and made us feel so comfortable straight away. The place itself was homely, clean and had everything we needed. We loved being walking distance from horse shoe bay too! Couldn’t recommend more!

Thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at Kismet Cottage. The position is perfect for easy access to Horseshoe Bay, and all the cafes and restaurants along the Bech frontage, plus the beach itself and other activities based there. Wonderful walking, wonderful bays. Kismet is a very comfortable cottage, private, peaceful, and furnished, equipped with all the necessities for an easy, laid back stay. What you see on Airbnb, is what you get. Would totally recommend the cottage to others

We loved our stay at Mango Treehouse for Christmas. We found we could relax and rest with the many spaces in the home. Very homely with great selection of DVDs, great bathtub Nd the deck spaces. Perfect for our family of 4 with small kids. Well stocked and lots of homely touches with all the amenities in the kitchen (handy to have a selection of oils, salt and pepper and tea and coffee). Lovely and breezy to enjoy the tropical surrounds.

We very much enjoyed our four night stay. Tamarind house is a comfortable, spacious house with a great outdoor BBQ and rear deck with lovely leafy views. Very quiet and only a short walk to Geoffrey Bay beach and Alma Bay. Great location. The only downside is that it is quite dark inside - which would be great during the hot wet season but makes it a bit cool in the winter months. Still highly recommended and would be very happy to stay here again.

We had such a fantastic stay at The Butterfly House - really quirky decor and felt lovely and homely for our stay. Location was brilliant, just a very short walk down to the beach and shops/ cafes/ restaurants at Horseshoe Bay. Hosts communicated well and facilitated a lovely holiday!

Fantastic and well presented home - the absolute relaxation we needed just set a few streets back to allow for privacy and quiet away from main strip, and watching those red tail black cockatoos from the deck at night was breathtaking

We had a fabulous stay at Moana Cottage! The house is so nicely nested within luscious local foliages/‘forest’ and is very quiet….the only sounds were the ones of animals going about their life, inclusive of some rock wallabies who would come in the backyard every day! It is within walking distance to the beach, cafes et restaurants and to the bus stop if you fancy going to the other side of the island. Beds are large and comfy so you can get a good rest after long days outside!

It was a wonderful stay at the property and we will definitely be back. Well appointed, everything you need and so easy to get the boat down the side. It is very well laid out. Our only disappointment was the bbq, which does not work properly. The bbq would just not get hot enough for steaks. It would just heat things up and we tried for a full hour with no avail. Tried the new gas bottle and it made no difference. Looks like a newish bbq but it's no good. Not a deal breaker but we love to BBQ. We will be back.
