The villa completely surrounded by green hills, but less than two kilometers from the Lake, offers guests three cozy bedrooms, decorated in three different themes. Also on this floor is a bathroom with shower and a dining room with kitchen. The kitchen is new and is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker espresso machine, coffee maker and oven heats briches. Our villa, surrounded by a large garden, dips perfectly into the surrounding countryside that is around on the low hills of Lake Garda. This is definitely a strategic position as we are right in the heart of bicycle paths Valtenesi (is Lonato-Salo; around the lower lake; Rezzato ring-Gavardo-Salo-Lonato) and a few kilometers away from the major golf courses in the area ( Arzaga in Calvagese; Garda Golf at Soiano; Chervò San Vigilio Pozzolengo). La tassa di soggiorno è da pagarsi in loco ed è un costo extra di E. 2,80 al giorno sia per adulto che bimbo oltre i 14 anni (oltre il settimo giorno gratuita).
