The location is along the Italian border so you can visit Slovenian and Italian places which are accessible within an hour's drive: Soča river, Lipica, Postojnska and Škocjanska cave, Goriška Brda (wine region), Piran, Sistiana, Trieste, Grado, Venice.

Our cozy vacation home is situated in one of the most beautiful campiellos of Grado, a premium location with only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and a supermarket, newsstand and a promenade with many restaurants and bars at a minutes distance. Our home is suitable for couples on a romantic getaway, a family on a well earned vacation, as well as backpacking travelers exploring our marvelous region. You will have the apartment all to yourself, but in case of need we are only a phone call away.

Rilassati e rigenerati in questo spazio tranquillo e luminoso, situato nella zona pedonale di Grado, godendo dell’esclusiva terrazza panoramica e del dolce suono della risacca del mare, che si trova proprio sotto casa. La spiaggia libera e quella attrezzata di sabbia, ideale per i bambini, si trovano a 50 mt. Il supermercato e tutti i servizi si trovano a pochi minuti a piedi. Garage esclusivo al piano -1. L’appartamento, ad eccezione del bagno, non ha porte, ma solo tende divisorie oscuranti.

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

Unique house in the heart of Veneto

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Un monolocale a piano terra con un'accesso autonomo si trova in una zona tranquilla del porto peschereccio a pochi passi dal centro e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. L'appartamento è ben attrezzato (internet, tv, lavatrice, asciugatrice, ventilatori a soffitto) e comodo per una coppia o una famiglia con un bambino che vogliono passare una vacanza tranquilla nella nostra regione. Nelle vicinanze ci sono i parcheggi a pagamento, bar, ristoranti, negozi, un supermercato.

The living area opens onto a spacious terrace, perfect for enjoying stunning sunsets over the sea. Fully air-conditioned, it features a double bedroom and a second bedroom with twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped. Just 400 meters from the beach and a 15-minute walk from the town center, it’s the perfect base for your holiday in Grado.

The modern 'Grado House' is located only a few steps away from the main beaches and close to enchanting little islands. Total relaxation a few steps away from the centre, the Grado Spa and the Aquatic Park. The ideal place for an experience of luxury and comfort. It has private uncovered parking (2 cars), a beautiful garden consisting of a heated inflatable Jacuzzi with hydromassage (summer only), 2 sun loungers, a sofa and a patio with outdoor dining table.

L'appartamento gode di una meravigliosa vista sul mare, perfetto per una colazione in terrazza o per una cena romantica durante un weekend o per le vacanze estive. Silenzioso per riposare cullati dalle onde del mare, vi sembrerà di essere in barca. La posizione nel centro storico di Grado, rende questa casa comodissima per raggiungere le spiagge, i ristoranti e le attrazioni turistiche dell'Isola.

"La depandace" .

Depandance con entrata indipendente posta al piano terra. L'alloggio è stato completamente ristrutturata e arredata nel 2019 ed è composto da una camera matrimoniale e bagno privato ad uso esclusivo. La zona è centralissima, a 50 mt. dalla spiaggia "Costa azzurra", a pochi passi da bar, supermercati, ristoranti e dal lungomare. Parcheggio privato . Ospitalità e cortesia.

Centralissimo bilocale nella zona pedonale a 100 m dal mare nel cuore dell' aperitivo gradese. Luminoso, confortevole, climatizzato, con terrazzo abitabile che si affaccia sul viale principale. Comodo per 2 persone. Parlo anche inglese e tedesco. Dal 1° marzo 2018 sarà introdotta a Grado la tassa si soggiorno. Comunicherò gli importi appena saranno resi noti.
