This 2-bedroom apartment in a holiday house has its private terrace with garden furniture. A spacious yard of 600 m2 with a pool, a children's corner with swings and a slide is shared with two other apartments. Fenced yard and private parking provide privacy and security. It is excellently equipped for a carefree and comfortable holiday. The washing machine, dryer, and iron are conveniently located in the shared area. Centrally located, it takes only 3 min walk to our magnificent Amphitheathre and about 8 min. walk to either the strict city centre or our old town ( bars, restaurants, pubs, galleries) All our town beaches are within 3-4 Km. Bus station 300 m distant.All villages 5-10 km distant.
